科学实验从来不test超过3个月什么的，你是否读过任何文章啊？
下面是引用的综述的文章。

在table3里列了很多研究转基因玉米及其他对动物的影响。在这个就有好几年研究啊。
这些研究结果都没发现转基因比传统育种的更risky。
不过我觉得我的确太闲了。

Seralini et al. All of them used the same kind of rat as the Seralini et al.

值和说服力。

第二篇较为客观。

1. BT毒素对猪猪们及大鼠的一些生理指标的影响。（Buzoianu, S.G. et al. Animal,
2012; 6(10):1609-1619）http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23031560
这篇文章我查不到全文，只能看摘要。
沙发说“在喂养110天后，BT玉米喂养的猪们，血清中的aspartateaminotransferase (
AST，一种转氨酶) 显著降低（P<0.05)。此外，Serum Urea在30天的时候也有显著改变
（p<0.05).”
SU的确降低了，但降低的一组是吃30天非GM食物再吃80天GM食物的那组；而其余三组包
括全部110天吃GM的组都没有降低。（On day 30, SU was lower for the non-GM/GM
treatment compared withthe non-GM, GM and GM/non-GM treatments (P < 0.05).）

解读，这很正常。但我不会去给别人轻易扣帽子。就如同有个叫Pingpong的ID非得要咬
住BT在自然环境下降解慢，还进行人身攻击，我也只是给他找篇文献让其自己看而已。
最后，不明白你说的“与其列举的论文的结论很多都不一致”是什么意思？
：作者的结论是“The magnitudeof change observed in some serum biochemical
：parameters did not indicate organdysfunction and the changes were not
accompanied by histological lesions.Long-term feeding of GM maize to pigs
did not adversely affect growth or theselected health indicators
investigated.”

轻拍。这个帖子主要是自己要招实验室工作人员。另一个帖子（http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Biology/31869207.html）涉及遗传发育所分子系统生物学中心PI的招聘信息。
首先这不是一个典型意义上的招聘广告，因为从海外直接招聘实验室工作人员，仅仅电
话或者skype，对应聘者对我都更像是赌博，双方风险都不小。所以我想象中的招聘对
象是由于家庭等原因已经决定回国，又还没有找到合适的工作，对于科研仍然感兴趣，
又不一定要自己开实验室的人。
我（钱文峰）2002年到2006年北大生命科学学院读本科，毕业论文在王文实验室完成（
对，就是你知道的那个，他在学术上对我有非常大的帮助）。2006年到2012年在U of
Michigan的EEB（生态与进化系）张建之实验室读博士，2012年12月加入中科院遗传发

这个筛选标签是可以去除的，比如在两侧加入TTAA和piggyBac的ITR，得到这种带有标
签的细胞之后，过表达piggyBac的转座酶，就能够去除掉不留下任何的痕迹。这个是没
有问题的。
通过这种方法我已经拿到了isogenic人干细胞系，表型也已经找到。现在我在博三，还
有一年半的时间，我想来试试这个combination不同荧光，如果我同时需要导入多个基
因的突变，如果针对每个基因设计的模板都带有不同的荧光，那么我最后只需要用流式
细胞筛选，直接筛到几个点同时突变的细胞系，按理说应该是非常有用的。前一段时间
，日本和荷兰的两个实验室同时在人的肠上皮细胞系中导入四个或者五个突变去模拟
Colorectal Cancer，以验证之前所发现的跟这种癌相关的基因突变究竟怎么导致癌变。
