发帖数: 27 | 5 前两天去交property tax发现那叫一个huge,心想知道房产税有涨了也不至于比去年每
季度涨了1000刀呀。跑去相关部门问，发现前房主愣是欠了2012年全年的水费没有交，
劈成两半加到到2013年前两个季度的房产税上了。最后去问律师，发现在closing前我
们的好律师就有给city hall寄支票清所有烂账，只是city hall系统没有摸干净旧帐。
万幸万幸。没被再框700多刀。
意外收获一张前房主的水费帐单，发现water竟然比sewer高。俺们家那口子顿时激动起
来。
根据我们这里的公示价格，水是5.08 / 100ccf; sewer是5.24/100ccf，记上水量自动
变成下水量。（默认1：1用量）。 在我们的强大亚洲人珠算大脑里，唯一能解释上水
比下水贵的原因是:: 难道前房主好心的把屋前屋后俩龙头单立了水表算sprinkling/
irritation system?(浇地的水只算上水，就不算进下水量了)
咨询朋友，得知，如果你有单立的水表，你所有的水表都会在屋外方便city读表。但是

by neurotransmitter dysregulation in the gut. It is as if someone's gut is
having anxiety attack. There is no quick, easy cure for IBS. Symptom
control is the mainstay of treatment at this point. Many researching are
currently ongoing in this field.
Overall, this is an annoying problem, but usually does not cause long term
consequence on health.

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

cover这个，只要10美元,它写的是treinoin cream。我查了一下就是A酸。
这个用起来让脸又红又干又褪皮，我从来没让脸这么干过，觉得还不如不用。正好看到
Vouge上有一篇讲Retinol-A的文章，说它是几乎唯一所有皮肤科医生都一致同意的anti
-aging的有效成分，除了防晒。而且它治痘，淡斑，促进胶原蛋白的产生。以前没引起
重视是它的副作用明显，让脸又红又干，又shiny,因为它让细胞更新的太快了。
所以我坚持用了两个月，觉得好像有效果了。好像不那么干了，也许是因为夏天到了？
而且皮肤好像嫩了一些，就是有点新长出来的皮肤的感觉，不知是不是心理作用。我又
让医生给我开了一管，第一次是0.025%,后来是0.05%。有没有人也在用，分享一下经验
？
*以前写的，我用完那个夏天皮肤超好，后来再用它嫩肤效果就没那么明显了，副作用
也没有了，不知是不是该加大计量了，不过我也不容易长痘了，就没有坚持每天用了，
偶尔还会用。

最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以

equate to "no irritation". It just means the damage caused by the material
is not what people normally notice. Normal body function will be damaged
in on way or the other, that's how toxins kill you. When applied to

of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), it will irritates the mucous membranes
and can make a person irritated and uncomfortable.
If you can not leave your window open for a while or have a mechnical air
exchange running all the time, do not put your baby in the room/house that
was just painted, it can contribute to what is called "sick building
syndrome". Especially babies, I am not kidding.
