胀，很多的气，然后就开始痛， 肚脐眼上方，左右。每天反复。后来去看医生，开了
些DICYCLOMINE, 吃药一周，只要吃，一直都好，一停药，就又开始肚胀，然后痛，胀
和痛都可持续数小时。
医生说是irritable bowel syndrome. 除了胀和痛外一切都好，不拉肚子，不发热。
以前没有任何胃病之类的。现在想好好养养胃和肚子，都不敢吃东西。
大家有什么建议么，原因，注意什么，吃什么，
哎~~

擤鼻涕，其他时候完全没有任何不适，没有鼻涕），鼻涕带有黄绿色黏液，经常混有血
迹，回吸痰大多时候是无色透明黏液。大多数醒来会感觉嘴唇发干，鼻腔内很干，手指
伸进去会碰到硬booger，略有有些痛。症状持续将近三个月。期间去过一次医院，简单
检查了鼻腔，开了（congestion）这个药，后来发现效果不是很明显。两个月后，于是
上周又去看了一次医生。
医生这回用了led灯，检查了我的耳道，鼻腔，口腔。手指触诊了我的颈部淋巴，听诊
了我的胸腔，腹腔。均没有发现问题。我也没有任何疼痛，包括面部，耳部等其他任何
位置，没有发烧疲劳等其他感觉。但是鼻腔，医生发现我的鼻中隔弯曲（他认为只能通
过手术矫正，但是不建议这么做）于是这会医生认为我是sinus irritation,给我开了
fexofenadine,和Azelastine HCL 喷鼻液
与上回不同的时候，近期咽部的症状明显缓解（之前老是感觉有痰但是吐不出来，近期
这种感觉减弱），我想咨询下，鼻子的这种问题可能是什么问题，有没有什么建议？

1。爱红屁股怎么办？
宝宝的一个美国playdate来我家玩，她妈给她换尿布。整个屁股缝到小便处都是红的。
她妈妈说可能尿道口也很irritating，宝宝很难受，她只有连大阴唇里外到屁屁缝都涂
满尿布膏，其场面让我觉得非常disturbing。好在我娃没受过这罪。我们的PED发的
handout上写不要给新生儿用wipe，每次换尿布要air dry。我娃当时只要用wipe就起红
疹子。我们用gauze sponge蘸温水洗，后来是拿cleansing bottle冲，小便处也翻开来
冲洗，再后来等她结实一些了就直接抱到水龙头下冲，直到现在。冲洗干净很重要，有
时候光擦不拿水冲是冲不干净的，有屎残留比尿更容易发疹子（个人观点，无科学依据
）。晾干，晾干，再晾干。我是拿毛巾擦净屁股后，屁股蛋 |

就打发回家去扛着了。可是宝宝的烧过了四五天了没有好转迹象，而且宝宝越来
irritable， 只要变换姿势，抱起来，放下，原地滚一滚，换尿布什么的就要大声哭叫
，睡觉也不好，经常忽然大叫。这几天夜里前半夜就是抱着也不睡觉，过几分钟就要大
叫，什么都试过了，抱着，躺着，拍拍，换尿布，喂奶，都没用，非要熬到4点才能睡
个两三小时，中间也会大叫，但是还能继续睡着。妈妈我快撑不住了，每天睡觉的时间
太少了，泵奶都懒得了。
生病的娃简直变了一个娃一样。没病的时候可以睡三四个小时，醒来就是小声吭吭，白

。。
以前不是这样的，吃饱了就能睡，饿了不舒服了也就是吭吭。夜里醒三次，每次吃完，
换个尿布，拍拍就睡了，虽然也有不好好吃的时候，经常吃几分钟就睡了，只好频繁喂。
生病的娃简直变了一个娃一样，非常irritable, 对声音，接触，什么都敏感，听到大
一点的响动，换换抱的姿势，甚至摸摸额头，碰碰皮肤就大嚎，不好好吃奶，可以好好
睡觉，抱着也不行，两眼挣得大大的，要不就是一放下就开嚎。连着好几天4点钟才睡
。六点又开始折腾了。
生病以来，体重没有增长，原来是平均一天1.5-2oz,好的时候一周一磅.
期间看过两次医生，都说是病毒感染，没有 ear infection。不开抗生素，
第二次医生认为可能是胃返流，给开了ranitidine ,也是试探性的，结果一开始吃，宝
宝就像是腹泻了，本来五天一便便变成一天十次了，吃了一天就只好停了
1.宝宝为啥突然大嚎，就是发烧不舒服吗？尤其是夜里，经常这样来一下，好吓人，担
心宝宝是怎么了。
2.不觉得宝宝有什么胃酸返流，zantac的副作用是嗜睡和腹泻，看来我们宝宝吃了 |

刚刚打电话给on call ped，她说可能是stomach irritation，有可能是formula不适应

看书之后发现了之前的几个重要误区。
sleep training和cry it out是完全不同的两个概念。四个月正是小人开始形成规律睡
眠的时候。闺女越来越利害的哭闹其实是overtired的表现。而训练的核心应该是让小
人可以在（1）正确的时间（2）自己睡一个（3）有长度（4）有质量的整觉。总结起来
就是right timing，self soothing，sleep duration and sleep consolidation。Cry
it out是解决self soothing的有效方法。但是更重要的，也是我们一开始没做到的，
是知道小人应该睡多少，应该什么时候睡，她的drowsy signs是什么，什么时候她已经
overtired了。
overtired是个很重要的问题。一旦过度疲劳，小人就会分泌激素自我激励，看起来可
能反而更精神了，但是会有如脾气暴躁（irritable)、注意力下降、凶（aggressive）
，爱哭闹等诸般恶行。更重要的是，长此以往，fatigue可以积累，会有种种长期不良

哭的时候只好我做pacifier。宝宝月子里长了三磅，我却疲惫不堪，身体虚弱。体重快
恢复到产前了。看到大家的天使宝宝，我羡慕的不得了。我这里自己都顾不过来，更别
说宝宝了。他只要不哭，我就谢天谢地了。
最近的状况是我自己的肠胃出了问题，之前就因为吃止痛药stool softener烧心，只好
停药，终于不心口痛了。没想到，这周二凌晨吃了块比萨饼后（当时是先喝了碗鱼肚汤
，再吃比萨饼，就吃了一小块，还用微波炉热了下），胃就开始不舒服了，那种翻江倒
海的不舒服，没法睡觉。下午剧烈头痛，晚上头痛好了，发展到剧烈胃痛。后来两天只
敢喝粥，好些了。到周四，我恢复了正常饮食（咨询过Kaiser的医生，说不是大问题，
说是我是的东西irritate肠胃了，排出就好了，她还建议我恢复正常饮食）。周二打完
电话，两天没有腹泻发生。结果昨天半夜，就开始拉肚子，整个人觉得都虚脱了。
今天又恢复了清谈饮食，吃面条蔬菜，不敢吃肉了，没有再拉肚子和胃痛。但是就是觉

我觉得这个宝宝比较典型的reflux。可以从喂奶后竖着抱30分钟做起。把小床头部的位
置抬高一些，记得前面有mm说把床脚垫高而不是垫高一头的床垫。接着是少食多餐。不
要overfeed。
然后再注意自己的饮食，避免对bowel的irritation。就像楼上的mm说的注意不要多吃
那些容易过敏的食物，这样母乳对宝宝的intestin刺激少一些。
三五天没改进，要去见peds，一般就是开始吃zantac。
唉，宝宝的reflux问题真是折磨人。。。 |

生也检查不出什么问题，肺没问题，嗓子没问题，哪儿哪儿都没问题照医生的说法。没
给开药，只说如果严重的话吃IBUPROFEN 缓解嗓子的irritation. 我给她喝了两次，还

上了， 感觉有痰， 小人又不会吐痰， 很难受。为了这个咳嗽都四天没去preschool

发帖数: 1197 | 43 28岁XX，第一次，痛地杀猪一样叫，哭，锥心地痛（发誓）。后来irritated了，JJ一
碰到那里，就痛（LG还说我是心理作怪，条件反射，但我肯定不是），只好作罢。蜜月里，又试了几次，每次都非常非常疼。我一度怀疑自己是石女，或者阴道有问题，立刻约了当时的GYN检查。医生说都正常。这样才没了思想负担，准备再试试，临时给妈妈打电话，妈妈就
让我不要紧张。果真像妈妈说的，越放松，那里疼痛越少。从那以后，XX就可行了，偶
尔也HIGH一下。但是，每次还是会疼，特别是刚开始的时候。润滑剂，没什么用。前戏
好的话，比什么都强。心理总有点郁闷，别人那么享受/容易的事情，我为什么会疼。
也从来没有跟女性朋友谈论过，不好意思。另外LG说，我根本没什么小阴唇（见过网上小阴唇外翻的照片，所以知道他在说什么）
ANYWAY，以上不是重点，只想表明我的阴道口可能比较小。对于顺产有点纠结。不知道
会几度撕裂，以后会不会更疼。要不要直接上C，不要PUSH了？有没有JJMM分享一下？

全母乳宝宝，四个月的时候出现reflux症状，当时我不知道是reflux（新妈妈经验少啊
），具体表现为：常常archback，不好好吃奶（本来是吃得挺好的）甚至拒绝妈妈的
nipple（其实小人一直很喜欢胸喂的），一抱着靠近胸前就大哭，凑近就扭头，就算勉
强吃点奶，不一会儿就能听见有东西上涌的声音，但是没有吐出来，又很快咽回去了。
白天外婆瓶喂的时候稍好些，但是也比原来吃得少，外婆被小人弄得精疲力尽，跟我说
“就差没跪下来求她喝了”，估计也就是外婆知道这样做没用，否则早就跪了。
这样大概持续了两个礼拜，宝宝每天的奶量从原来的30 oz左右降到15 oz不到，我一到
喂奶的时候就以泪洗面，又气又急，心疼得要命可是又无能为力的感觉。我甚至觉得她
literally很恨我，虽然理智告诉我这根本不可能，但是小东西的nursing strike让我
这个新妈妈感受到从没有过的frustration。上班的时候一个同事随口问起我宝宝的近
况，我都不争气地掉泪（好在人家也是两个孩子的妈妈，才没有被我吓到）。我想那两

good mom. But he must feels unconformable when he cries, upset and fails to
sleep. maybe he lacks Vitamin D and Ca2+ that's why make him irritate. It’s
highly possible. see to give him some VD supplement. all the best. |

发帖数: 831 | 46 I have CA baby sunscreen last year. You can get it from Target.
However, I did not use it on my baby at all. I think the sunscreen is
irritated to their skin and I was told you have to wash with soap twice to
get it off their skin.
Instead, I put on hat and sunshade for him and avoid time under direct
sunshine 10:30 - 3pm. My boy got tanned for the summer but he was fine.
The caregiver and most parents(whose kids go to the same daycare) agree with
me on this.

刚才做了下research： 结论是Mats made of latex and PVC should be avoided.
然后发现有人说Dwinguler Eco-friendly Kids Play Mat含有PVC。本来一直很纠结要不要买，因为的确有点贵。
我家现在是sams的，包装没有了。准备去店里调查一下成分。
