i would like to say that we in the US have no ground to oppose the
construction of carriers by the Chinese Gov. Also they have the right

用不大，所以用拳头打人的一方往往是攻击的一方。
枪有点不一样，因为停止作用大，作用距离远，才是有效的自卫手段。
所以停止作用大的手段一般在实践中认定是自卫的必要条件，不考虑其它因素，用
枪比用拳更容易会被认定是自卫。开枪自卫打死人，用小口径开很多枪会有麻烦，
用大口径一枪毙命反而容易解释。
这叫 irony，“似非而是”。
你说那两个人都没持械，互相扭打，那怎么算？很简单，看身体素质，体弱的是被攻击

成一事比北京想的还要复杂，而原因其实在于中共统治下的司法制度。
