Irish移民组织的leader报道所有民主党议员已经支持了Schumer的法案，正在找10个共
和党以凑成绝对多数。
Schumer的法案在立法委受到Grassley的阻力，不让上calendar。所以民主党才给3012
apply了Rule 14，让它绕过立法委。由于民主党全部支持Schumer的捆绑3012 + Irish

是真的正好验证我之前的预测：Grassley不是真想fail 3012，只是想加入自己的利益
。如此看他的hold也是暂时的，按照3012 bipartisan的趋势，通过Senate只是时间问
题。
现在Irish的E3显然提前解除了Grassley的hold（当然H1B的reform要不要加可能大佬们
已经私下协商过了），看trackitt上很多烙印欢呼雀跃，认为有3位大佬撑腰Grassley
的hold就不堪一击了。这其实是一种短见，因为无论如何Grassley的hold都要解除，
3012过参院也只是时间问题。但现在民主党3位老大撑腰的不单单是3012，更主要是爱
尔兰人的1万E3和非移转化。如此一来新法案需要发到House重审，而且House的共和党
非常可能会反对Irish的E3和非移条款。这样一来给原本绝对bipartisan的3012加入了
很多不确定因素，而审批时间也会拖得更长。
