一进IA，路况立刻糟糕，从iowa一进nebraska/omaha，立马好转。沿途这些州IA农业条

美国爱阿华州（Iowa）选民昨天投票决定不留任3位州最高法院法官，此举将使全美法
庭吹过一阵寒风。这3位法官在2009年判决同性婚姻合法。
“狄蒙纪录报”（Des Moines Register）报导，投票在反对“积极分子”法官的激烈
运动之后举行，这也是1962年择优遴选制度通过以来，州最高法官首次没有得到50%以
上同意留任的票数。
3位法官今日替自己辩护，并警告司法不该随着“史无前例由州外特殊利益团体资助的
攻击”而泛政治化。
法官贝克（David Baker）、史垂特（MichaelStreit）与首席法官透纳斯（Marsha
