年10月24日）为出生于布达佩斯的书写工具圆珠笔开发者。
不同于历史上第一个发明出圆珠笔的美国人约翰·J·劳德之成品是用于书写在较粗糙
的材质表面，比罗·拉斯洛的圆珠笔可在一般纸张上便利使用、并且有取得专利而在商
业市场上获得成功。
生平
在匈牙利从事记者职务时，比罗有感在工作期间书写事物时常会花费许多时间在填充钢
笔墨水、并清除钢笔墨水在纸上的污痕，之后注意到用在报纸印刷上的墨水较快干而较
不易在纸上产生污痕，便尝试将印刷墨水加在钢笔里试用，但因为发现该墨水对于钢笔
太黏稠而舍弃此方法。
后续比罗则想出改用一种以圆珠做为笔尖书写的笔，并请他从事化学的兄弟比罗·乔治
（Bíró György}）协助开发。而比罗第一个开发成功的圆珠笔成品之后在1931
