标 题: intimate friendship指的是什么？还有"欣赏某人"用英语怎么说？

有个前同事在给我的EMAIL中，说想和我发展 intimate friendship。我不敢肯定他这
话的侧重点到底是 intimate 呢还是 friendship？Google只能找到intimate
relationship，却找不到intimate friendship 的解释。
另外，"欣赏某人"用英语怎么说？如果intimate friendship 等同于intimate
relationship的话，我想在回信中，委婉的表达我对他所持有的态度，只是一种欣赏，
而不是crush。
感觉自己英文好逊啊，也怕在回信中闹笑话让人认为我想太多了， ：）谢谢呵！ |

这“intimate friendship”是否完全等同于“close friendship”？总觉得有点诡异
，不敢乱回信答应。毕竟是异性朋友，如果他有其他方面的意思，那我麻烦就大了；但

穿比基尼的时候， intimate area 只限于比基尼所遮盖的部分Y，未遮盖的部分Z不是
intimate area；而穿裙子的时候部分Z就变成了 intimate area？而且这个“the
other person” 的reasonable expectation 也是随时可以变动的，看来。
低V领露出来的事业线算不算intimate area？
另外，女木木是不是嘴巴也算 intimate area with reasonable expectation？
