google了下，前者应该是对应没有明确岗位时候询问用的，
这边已经确定要招人还是稳定全职的，为啥要找个
本来coverletter已经写得很顺手了，对应要求写上自己为啥满足这种。可是现在这个

itemized deductions on the tax filings. they are all deductions. if the
total of itemized deductions is more than that of standard deduction, then
you got the benefits. otherwise no. and the tax benefits is associated to
the total, not to amount of each category. also since this is the your first
tax filing after buying your house, you paid only interests of 4 months the
tax benefit is not big. on next year's tax filing |

For example, 5/1 ARM, some banks have
APR 3% while interest rate 3.25%

APR 3.25% interests rate 3.5%
Also, there is a term called "costs in APR" also very puzzling.
The definition is the additional costs to the customer but why it is called
costs "in APR".
If it is in APR, then APR should be higher. |

在网上找到公式算:
(1) Loan Amount: 180,000
(2) Interest Rate: 4.125
(3) Term: 360 months
(4) Total Closing Cost:
不知道这个Total Closing Cost 到底该填多少。 我的Total Closing Cost 是9600，
其中包括 Seller 付的$2500， 我自己付的$2500， 和提前上交的税， 利息， 房子的
保险。
如果填9600到这个公式中， APR 就是4。589%。
如果只填我自己付的Closing Cost($2500)， APR就4.242。
我没有买任何PONITS。 不知APR高是不是因为有隐含费用。
请解惑。 |

rate。
APR是银行搞出来横向比较贷款是否划算的一个数字，说实话，挺无聊的。APR的计算是
把一部分mortgage的cost与总利息加到一起算出的rate，suppose APR越高，loan的
cost越高，就不如同样rate下APR低的划算。
不过，我觉得老外的办法太抽象了，作为买房找贷款的客人，只要比较Interest rate
（note rate）和银行的收费以及appraisal fee就可以了。 |

the new and the old loan, so that I can skip the mortgage payment for one
month. How can I get any evidence that I actually paid for the interests in

Bank will send 1099 form to IRS to report mortgage interest you paid over
the year. That's the amount IRS used to compare to your interest number
