Stipend.申请要求写一份不超过100words的Letter of Intent，挺短的.想请教一下这
里的老师，Letter of Intent应该写什么内容？是描述我的project做什么有什么意义
，还是说明我为什么申请这个奖，还是说我为什么值得获得这个奖？如果是描述我的
Project，我会写。但如果让我写为什么申请这个奖，我不太会写。总不能写我想要更
多的工资吧？也不能哭穷，说我付不起房租吧？

were paroled into the U.S. on 07/10/2009 you were no longer in H1B status.
On 09/15/2010, you were again issued H1B status. Therefore, it appears that
you were out of status from 07/10/2009 until 09/15/2010.”
这可能是一个很严重的问题，out of status 超过180天了！！！
现在说明一下案子具体情况，当事人在美国始终在一家公司工作，H1B签证是连续的，
没有中断过，尝试过三次绿卡（EB-1B,PERM,EB-1A）申请，以下为签证记录：
10/01/2006-09/30/2007,H-1B来美
10/01/2007-09/14/2010, H-1B更新

Notice to intent deny 是这么写的，
1．其实我有70+citation, 绝大部分引用都是在related work里面，
作者讲一下前人工作有什么不足，然后说将要如何改进这些不足。所以不承认这一分。
2． 推荐信， 自己感觉还不错，可是deny 里是这样写的：
It is unclear whether and how your work has, in fact, made a significant
contribution to your filed such that other researchers and experts emulate
your research techniques or have widely applied your research results.

州立大学AP，学校给file了EB1B，还用了pp加急，现在收到了Notice Of Intent to
Deny。老婆怀孕，娃马上要生了，紧急求助！
请问这个notice of intent to deny是通常所说的RFE吗？
USCIS在criteria analysis承认了我meet了6条中的2条：review和publication，但是
在final merit analysis里面质疑了以下两点：
1. 我有70个journal和conference reviews。但是USCIS觉得这些也许都是peer review
，没有证据证明我是“small, elite group of referees”。所以不能证明我的
international recognition
2. 我有6篇journal publication，其中4篇一作，另外19篇conference publication。
但我的总引用数是52个，USCIS觉得引用数太少所以不能证明我是outstanding in the
field

issue a notice of intent to deny or revoke the earlier EB-2 I-140 petition."
到底有没有risk呀？我查了一下，the prior petition can only be revoked due to

面的车追尾了。
后来救护车都来了，说是对方驾驶员感觉dizzy。
几天后拿到警察报告，追尾。但是报告上也说后车认为我停车太急，他们没有反应过来
。 （不知道警察为什么要加上这样的话）
警察报告还现实车主和驾驶员不是一个人，也不象是租的车。都不是住在附近的人。
因为是追尾，我的保险公司说对方全责。
联系对方保险公司，也很客气，现在都一个月了，之前还收到信说在待查。前天收到一
封信说这可能是 intentional act，我打电话过去问是啥意思，他们就说the whole
claim could be denied and it is still under investigation. 然后他们就说不能
多说了。
这是啥意思？不可能说我骗保吧。我在网上查了一下，说驾驶员如果有精神病，喝酒了
等等，就算是。可是警察报告上没有说对方有这些啊。
这个情况下我该怎么办呢？如果对方保险公司据赔，我只有找律师找对方个人了么？ |

1.title从scientist边到staff scientist，倾向于要experienced candidate
2.no relocation benefit
但是还叫我等
我说我不care too much benefit，也可以自己cover benefit，并强调了对这个位置的
渴望，不过总是感觉这是一种intent to deny。因为我现在是fresh phd，而且需要
sponsorship。现在还有没有补救的方法，我已经叫导师再发推荐信给那边VP了，还能
做些什么？
