intent。官方出来清清楚楚的memo不信，非要自己演绎，我老也就能帮到这里了。

immigrate" you.
Technically, you don't necessarily show immigration intent. However, in
reality, I doubt you can get an F-1 visa if the VO knows you have already
filed I-140.
