发帖数: 6 | 9 去年圣诞节去LA的时候，租了辆车，然后U-turn的时候过于intensive，被警车抓到，又说我们没有单独的保险卡（我们和他说了租车，并且把租车的保险单给他看了，但是警察表示不行，我们也是第一次在外租车，就没有继续argue），最后回来以后收到一张1000+的ticket。
根据ticket上的说明，我们只是疑似没有保险，可以交上25刀的查询费和保险号，把保险的那块给dismiss掉。我们已经按照说明寄信过去了并且确认收到了，但是一个月了还没有收到法院的任何通知，check也没有被兑现。4.11是due day，就差一个月了。。。怎么办呢？
另外就是想知道U-turn过于intensive这种violation要怎么办呢？要请律师吗？
我们是第一次在外面租车，什么都不懂，请各位不吝赐教，谢谢大家了！ |

A,B,C...
我说“问你点A的问题”，结果基本的问题都不会
我说“问你点B的问题”,结果他说不是intensive knowledge，只是一般用用，结果一
般问题也不会
面试就是要了解你知道多少，干过什么
1.很多人喜欢讲全team的工作，这个可以讲，但重点是讲自己的工作
很多人喜欢不停地讲，而且是讲全team的工作,半天讲不到interviewer想问的东西，非
常不好。
2.简历上写的东西要尽量实事求是，可以夸张一点，否则一旦被发现问题，就是rp问题
，从此不再考虑。否这以后或是别的组也许还有机会。既然写了，至少要好好准备一些
简历写得夸张，可以拿到interview,但拿不到offer的，而且会断和这个公司的后路。 |

。先说下我的背景，2007年暑假，本科毕业，来美直接读ME的PHD。高考很失败，本科
学校在一本中算倒数，美国的学校也就六七十吧，但是老板在这个领域还算牛，比较知
名。我的方向是manufacturing.因为准备年底工作，明年春才能正式毕业，所以没投很
多简历，都是投的比较符合背景，自己比较感兴趣的，总共投了大概4，5家，一个面试
，一个OFFER，在OH，8万，+2500的sign on bonus. FRESH PHD，地点和工资都很满意
了吧。离自己GF也近了将近一半的距离，8小时的LD终于可以缩短了。
大概是从三月分开始投简历的，准备11月左右开始工作。之前从去年初就开始准备简历
，看工作了吧，因为想找暑假的实习。我感觉尽早去找工作网站看看是非常有好处的，
比如phd毕业前两年，如果肯定不想当 faculty, 想去工业界的话。这样可以看到公司
都招什么样的人，自己有充足的时间按工业界要求的标准去准备。

So based on event loop model, theoretically node.js can be slower. But it
will consume much less memories and cpu powers. It is a good candidate for
an io intensive web app but not necessarily good for a cpu and/or memory
intensive app. Otherwise the queued callback events will make the concurrent

intense exercise. intense exercise may cause more muscle fibers to die
early. "应该尽量少运动" is not good either. it causes loss of muscle
functions due to disuse.

搜了一下，这老美太牛了，太佩服了，这么危险，非要生5个孩子啊，第二个孩子30周
出生，接下来三次流产，花了十年怀了第三个孩子，最后第三个孩子32周出生，貌似都
是蛮严重有生病危险的妊娠medical complication
啊，还敢生，第四个结果人工种错了，怀了别人的孩子，生了，还回去了，真是不服不

昨天老公说“这十年把你耽误了”因为过去的9年，我跟老公海归，现在回来了，以前
同事比我的职务、工资都高。我倒是觉得这些年非常值得，首先，孩子是自己一手带大
，没有老人和保姆，孩子是自己想要的样子；第二是孩子们在中国的9年使他们学会了
中文读写，也让他们懂得珍惜美国这里的好处；第三是自己做了几年小生意，虽然没有
