serving this individual.
So if a gay couple demand you to sell them a cake with two gay symbols on
top
of it, which you don't sell at all, they are insulting you and you certainly

我们给的initial offer是３４万, 对方中介说觉得insulting, 勉强同意和seller去
说给个counter.
看了看最近市场上,好象５月份以来就没有什么房子成交了, 而且市场上的房子纷纷降

read BBS, seldom water. Before, I saw those guys debating about Taiwan issues.
Those guys evolved the discussion to insulting one another. It is so Wu2Liao2!!
It's pity the political leaders in Taiwan and main continent don't know them. Or
they must be moved if they know there are some people fight for them!!! Anyway,
I wish BBS is a relax place, not a place with fighting and insulting. |

Don't say that something is gay as an insult. I find this highly immature,
mostly because it is often used when people can't think of a proper insult
even when there is nothing homosexual about whatever they're insulting.

憂慮就像那緩慢的蝸牛，悄悄地爬上了牆頭。它常在不知不覺中，抺去了你心
中一切喜樂的痕跡。憂慮又像是一片黑雲，突然籠罩著上空，片刻前還艷陽高照，刹那
間已是一片烏雲密佈。
要過喜樂的生活是何其的難啊！喜樂就有如終年陰霾的巴黎冬日裡的陽光；在冬日
裡的巴黎，要能看到陽光實在難得，常常是出現一下就不見了。當你看到陽光出現，想
趕緊進屋拿張椅子出來，在屋外享受片刻溫煦的陽光，沒想到椅子還在手上，烏雲就又
籠罩了過來，馬上又是陰霾一片。
在我們的生活中，人人都在尋找喜樂，但是喜樂卻因著人們忙碌和焦躁的生活腳步
，而難覓其踪。

海明律师事务所承接起诉CNN的案子，诉状上要求9前9百万美金，到报纸上就成了13亿
，只是去法院“file”了一下，却言之凿凿“已经立案了”，最近又传出“重大转折:
据称CNN日内决定是否向华人书面道歉”。于是大家欢欣鼓舞。
我当时看了报道，人家CNN“副总裁”（注意：是一位负责国际事务的副总裁，这样的
“VP”，CNN大概有几百个吧？”）称“CNN会给海明律师事务所发来一个书面的较为友
善的答复，并同时将内容相似的书面致歉答复函也递交给中国外交部”，这两个句子里
，一个用“答复”，一个用“书面致歉答复函”，意义很不同，由于只有海明律师的中
文转述，无法得知CNN“副总裁”原文用的是什么字。据海明律师说，CNN“副总裁”也
表示“CNN对中国人民表示深深的歉意”，同样没有原文，不知转述的准确程度，但我
总觉得以CNN对待此事的态度，那个“副总裁”不太可能轻率的在电话里代表CNN如此爽
