我前面刚刚贴过。就是提到“无我”的那个帖子。这就是三法印之一的“诸法无我”
。从法理上道家的长生不死、天人合一都未证无我，未能超越“一念无明”。简单的
了解这个就会明白为啥不能执着于各种境界，包括自身之眼耳鼻舌身意都是幻有，各
种幻境之下都有一假“我”存在，依禅定力或“观”或“照”，明了层层假“我”之
虚妄不存，层层而上以达究竟。
实修是“止观”二字，“止”是心系一缘，以能禅定制心一处。“观”依所修法门有
特定目的或对象。我实修止观多年，平常在家自修。前不久参加过禅七，每日尽量止
语长时打坐。我在习制心一处，目的在持一根了解见性，在持一根了解闻性。还未能
做到持一根。

问：如何分辨谁是真正的明师？最近有许多人都自称是真正的明师。
答：这个问题很好，如果不能分辨，就必须回家很真诚地向上帝祈祷，因为需要很高等
的了悟才能分辨出谁是真正的明师，这也是非常的不幸，所以他们以前才会杀害耶稣。
当生存在这个物质的牢房裏，人们看不到真理，当耶稣和他的徒弟在世时，不论走到哪
裏他们都会发光，他们的头和身体都有光环围绕，但不是每个人都能看得到。
到现在也是这样，现代的圣人也有光，但必须要有比较高的等级才能看得到。
也有些一般的原则可以分辨出来:
真正的明师可以帮助你们看到自己内在闪亮的光芒，帮助你了悟上帝、接近上帝。
另外，他必须能无所不在，也就是说他能同时出现在许多地方，因为徒弟分散在各地，
而如果一位师父不能同时化身出现在许多地方，他就听不到徒弟的祈祷，不能及时帮助
他们。可以直接请问那位师父能不能无所不在，因为这是一位明师应有的品质，或者可
以问那位师父的徒弟，问他们有没有体验过他们的师父无所不在，这样就可以知道那位
师父的等级。
用智慧判断真假明师
问：在圣经中有一段，耶稣说：「未来的时代，会有很多假的明师，你们必需警醒些。
」您认为如何？
答：是的，是的。你们可以看出哪位是假的明师，如果他教你们和圣经、佛经或回教经
典相反的教理，如果他要我们去偷盗、教我们为所欲为，而不要求我们要有道德及和平
相处，就知道他不是真的明师。如果一位师父提醒你内在的道德，赞美上帝及天国的荣
耀，同时又能带你回家，这就是真正的在世明师。你们必需用知识、道德及智慧来判断
，不应该随意重覆别人的话，批评那些对你们好的人。
什么样的可以说是已经开悟的明师？
必要的时候我们能够感受到这位明师的加持或是他能够显现千百亿化身帮助其修行人。
清海无上师就是能做到这样，所以我对她很感到兴趣。
