2/18，19，20，21，22，23，这周惭愧了，周一扛老大去迪斯尼，40多磅的娃，扛了一
天下来，自己感冒复发病到了，之后生病也要带老二小奶娃中，这一周都没跑路。明天
争取能有个1-2小时跑跑。会穿VFF跑大概10迈左右，让仅有的短短1.5个小时也能起点
作用。嗨，下面3周，跑个步都要创造性的利用时间了。

推荐试试altra instinct。昨天试了试，比hatorri底多了很多cushion。
底的cushion 从小到大（都是平底）， altra adam《VFF KSO《VFF seeya《VFF
bikila《hatorri《altra instinct。
变叔，如果你在mashall看到altra instinct sale的话，小于40刀，不妨买一双试试，
比hatorri还cushion多，而且也结实不少。偶是55刀+tax买的，觉得有点小贵了。下午
，LD要去mashalls看看，偶就跟着一起去看看。回来给大家报告。。

发帖数: 22800 | 18 偶有altra的adam和instinct，偶写过review的。反正，instinct就是一个字“丑”。
像小时候穿的雷锋鞋一样，偶买的是黑色的，胖头胖脑的，鞋底也不如VFF和NB730那样
抓地好，随鞋送厚鞋垫，如果嫌它太硬可以加个鞋垫。。哈哈哈。。30刀偶觉得可以考
虑，50刀有点抢钱了。偶当时是40左右买的，穿了几次就回到hatorri了。。
更正一下，instinct丑是丑，穿着跑山路还不错。底比较厚，看着也结实，不用担心搁
楞脚底板。偶斗争了一下，下单买个不同颜色的吧。instinct断代了，给它自己啥1.5
给代替了，偶不觉得能再这么样好了，够轻够宽够cushion鞋底也够硬。偶脚喜欢硬点

我觉得首先 TI 的理念，和很多大众游泳教程不同的是：多数教程更
强调 routine，以及 muscle memory。而 TI 更强调的是 instinct。
但培养 instinct 其实很慢。另外这两个不同，根子上是基于目标不同。
我这么说：
一般的大众游泳教程，好比是教人在赛道上持续赛跑 100 米。所以，
最先开始的是所有动作的 routine 等等，期望形成 muscle memory。
这样在赛道上可以跑很快。
但 TI 的目标不是赛道赛跑，而是自然在平地上想咋走就咋走，想换
方向就换方向，想蹲下来就蹲下来。
而这个目标的变化，导致 TI 学游泳，更像一岁小孩学走路。
一岁小孩学走路，首先的问题不是 routine，而是 instinct。
所以小孩是先能站直。然后在站直的基础上，能抬起一条腿一点点，
往前迈一小步，摇摇晃晃平衡住。或者平衡不住在冲一点；或者反正
任何办法平衡住。。。没有节奏重复的 routine，而是先要培养出
instinct。routine 是非常晚才出现。

多不过正在向上旋努力。其他都比较差，网前跟发球基本就是死穴。。。
之前所有用过的拍子都是HEAD的，从S８到S６到S２到用了两年的Instinct Flexpoint
（L３），还有一个备用（陪人练或者借给别人用）的Liquidmetal S２。
现在需要换拍子，两个都换掉。Instinct用得还算顺手，不过总觉得还有一点潜力没发
挥出来。
因为从没用过别的牌子的拍子所以来求教。。。要是找不到合适的，就直接升级到
Microgel Instinct算了。。。对拍子的要求就是跟instinct差不多或者再稍微高一点
，这样我还有点动力提高。

这里面就prestige mp 没上过手。Instinct mp打过两下，手感在speed和radical之间

为了实现全胸喂母乳，今天白天一天没泵，每两小时胸喂一次，每次胸喂都得将近一个小时，
宝宝吸得很累才能勉强吃饱，刚放下又醒来要吃。
生完孩子根本没顾得上坐月子，没睡过两个小时以上整觉，胃口差脸色也差，体重已经

但这还是有个漏洞，因为小时候 within National Top
10% or 1% 的，很多不是 driven by survival instinct。
拼命试图用 survival instinct 去给 National Top
10% / 1% 的人群添堵，很大概率会导致一个徒劳的行为。
这反过来说明月光无法去 empathy 那些 life not primarily
driven by survival instinct 的人群。
或者通俗的说，去给某方面有足够安全感的人群添堵，纯粹
是属于撞枪口的行为。但如果某个人一而再、再而三地去撞
枪口，那只能有两个解释：
（1）那人根本看不见枪口，或者
（2）为了挣伪币糊口，看见枪口也装看不见，反正也没其他

（否则就走普通路线，扶板打水先练肌肉）。
两个好处：
第一：仰面是没有呼吸问题。如果将来游泳中犯任何错误，保底的就是
翻过来仰面轻轻打水恢复平衡，同时补充氧气。
第二：仰面能纠正 flutter kick 的错误，外加体会利用 AoA 攻角
和速度在水里滑翔而不沉。
另外你感觉“会溺水的”，是正常 instinct，因为人是陆生动物。但陆生
动物的 instinct，不一定有利于在水里保命。而 TI 练习的目的之一，
就是纠正这种不利于在水里保命的陆生动物的 instinct。 |

这歌应该是我录过次数最多的歌曲，前后已经录了有三版了吧。。。从耳麦时代到现在
。一直没录好过。这版虽然还是挺杯具，但比之前两版还是有进步的。。。没办法，谁

我跟Dolores声线差别还是挺大的，虽然唱她的某些歌(比如Ode to my family)也会些
许相似感，正如我唱王菲的某些歌也会有少许相似感一样。但从根本上来说，Dolores
声线要比我的温暖许多，我的嗓子更细音色更冷也更偏童声(tears~~~~)。而这首歌的
难点以及亮点也正在于用比较萌却仍不失弹性的嗓音唱主歌上。我的版本，或许还能算
萌，但弹性较原唱差了许多。

如果你到了20几岁才发现要学如何和女生说话，那么还是早点放弃那种边练说话技巧边
努力挣钱，争取n年后修成正果用谈吐＋钱迷倒个现在out of your league女人的念头
吧。要迷倒年轻时就out of your league那种的女人，年老时需要的钱是比普通人多很
多。这个世界还真的不甚公平，那些能挣到大钱的人，往往也是能在没有钱的时候就能

因为其中大量水分的缘故。除去水分，罐头里protein含量怎么都应算是
“相对高”的。Natural Balance产品里的protein动不动都是pea protein
(植物提供的蛋白)，对猫而言更好的应是其他主要用肉类提供的蛋白的。
“低脂”这一点Weruva比其他两个有决定性优势。不过Nature's Variety
（instinct系列）的在这一点上至少不比Natural Balance的差。何况我说
的Nature's Variety系列还是grain free的，不象Natural Balance还有
rice等等filler。
“高纤维”是怎么看的呢？Weruva的是明显偏低：Crude Fiber (max) 0.5%
挑了几个Natural Balance的罐头成分看看：Crude Fiber 1.5% maximum。
而我说的Nature's Variety系列是Crude Fiber (max): 3.0%。就这些数据
