嗯，把Instanity的练习用来替换P90X真是个好主意！每天练Insanity的这个强度离我
应该还是比较远的。不过我还是希望最终能够pass这个challenge呵呵，也许明年春天
，如果我坚持P90X（及其加强版）一年，也许还有机会。
我的膝盖没有known problem，但是心脏有室性早搏。这个早搏倒应该不是大问题，医
生给我做过stress echo发现我运动中早搏就没了。我也从来没有在运动的时候感觉到
不适，相反运动多的时间反而心脏比较舒服。不过，我想我还是下次问一下医生。可以
给他show一下F姐做Insanity的录像，没准儿也能震撼一下他，呵呵。 |

application simply quit (QuickTime player would be an example of this

If its purpose is to decouple any units include-ing Foo.h and Foo's
actual implementation, the situation already justifies promoting Foo into
a higher level as abstract class such as IFoo.
So basically it is
abstract(IFoo) - semi abstract (Foo) - solid (Foo::Impl)
vs
abstract (IFoo) - abstract (IFoo) - solid (Foo).
Maybe I am missing sth but I deem the second concept is cleaner.

teh lecture material but reading the book itself put you into sleep instanly
or you can jusst borrow the Becker Lecture CD and watch it from your
computer although the process is kinda frustrating cause you have to open a
different quicktime file every 2 min. |

试过wavelet denoise,觉得noise成份太小了。如果把高频能量都算噪声的话。
有没有比较好的filter推荐？尤其是end filter? 有没有什么end filter可以
根据不同的phase shift来设计的？
想了个很土的法子，假设原时间序列为X,由无关的信号T和噪声N组成。
先算 var(X),downsampling 2采样后，得到X2(和T2, N2), 计算var(X2).
var(T) = 1/4 var(T2), 如果假设是gaussian noise, var(N) = 2var(N2),
假设是brownian motion， var(T) ＝ 2/3var(T2).如此可以估算噪声。
可是diff(S)的autocorre func在1,2,3...处都远大于0，这么算不太合理吧？
要是根据autocorre func和var(diff(S))来算，这个noise就是个 |
