正义而不是程序正义。“程序正义”至上者，宣称“程序正义”比“结果正义”还重要
的，是把程序放在第一位，而不是把真相和理性放在第一位，就算取得的证据是真的，
但是违反了取证程序，就得牺牲真相，这是你也承认的。
所谓“innocence should be protected”也同样是结果正义，里面没有一个词是关于

美国人固然重视“程序正义”，那也是有限度的，否则就不会有独立战争这种破坏程序
的革命出现了。所谓的“程序正义”而非“守程序”的说法，更是一种洗脑，企图把手
段变成目的。法庭在处理案件的时候同样也需要细心，是不是还要发明出“细心正义”
来？世界上只有一种正义，就是结果正义，把守程序（我说过，我不否认它很重要）这
样的手段混淆成正义，最后就只能再扯出“真正的正义”这种捣浆糊的词来了。

1994年Gun Free Schools Act 通过，同时联邦政府迫使各州也通过了类似法律之后，
在全国范围内，任何公立中小学内携枪都属于federal felony, 同时校园屠杀案却如雨

般不断增加。从94年至今至今已发生14起，每两年一起。
