每天special diet干粮不限
special diet 罐头一丢丢，用来混一种supplement，每天两次
甲亢药，每次半小片，一天两次
ibd或者lymphoma未确诊，但是药物一样
一种大圆片的，一天两次
一种大长片的，一天一次
所有药都需要切成小小块，不然吞不下去
昨天医生把药给我的时候
告诉我
吃了这个药，如果发现不是ibd而是lymphoma的话，chemo就不管用了。
唯一确诊lymphoma的办法是开肚子做biopsy
唯一彻底治疗lymphoma的办法是chemo
你确定咱们吃这个药？
我决定当ibd治
大花拉稀很多年了
医生也说症状更像ibd，而且如果是lymphoma，大花不用三年就挂了
还有我觉得chemo跟biopsy对一个古稀老猫来说都有点太严重了
几星期前的那个药没有用
还是拉肚子
这次的药如果还没用
就可以确定不是ibd了。。。

原来没当回事，心想这么多厂子开始用，而且积碳也是个known problem，
应该没大问题吧，后来看老美论坛，才知道问题不小，而且至今无解。
一两万迈之后就可能开始suffer horsepower loss, MPG loss,
engine knock, engine misfire, etc. etc.
现在看来几个厂子都是打官腔搪塞过去，心里打的算盘都是最好用户没感觉，
感觉了MPG loss也容易deny (blame it on driving habits,
gas quality, regular gas on premium vehicle, etc.)，
直到warranty runs out就可以不管了。。。
VW, Audi下一代DI貌似有dual injection，对当前卖的和最近卖掉的

PCV 35$: do it yourself, about $10, 5 minutes
Inj Flush 110$: not necessary
Replace spark plugs 110$: reasonable for V6, too much for V4
Transmisisson flush 190$: what I heard is Toyota NOT recommend to do trany
flush any more. Please ask for drop pan(most likely dealer will not do it,
then ask for drain and fill)
