一没时间，而就罚半码。
所以会拼命的penetrate. 其实昨天感觉DL稍微有点提前启动了。
而且那个球的执行是一塌糊涂，你仔细看packers还有两个人站两边防止ingram往两边
跑，那个球接球之前就dead了。
昨天那种OL打个play action也许有点西，或者screen pass。那个power run没过去
Ingram最多最多有10%的责任，他应该放弃中路，直接往两边跑，这个在bama他敢，在
saints作为新人，即使identify出来play dead也不敢擅自改变play. |

表现不错，但是由于经常用力过猛，经常受伤下场。展望下周铁碗，INGRAM还将避免伤

Shoemaker punt 44 yards还算给力。McElroy继续着完美的传球记录中了第12次。
Ingram跑了两个短距离的跑出一个1st down。按解说的话，Ingram虽然去年成绩卓著但
是面对Auburn只跑了30yard是个需要洗刷的污点。McElory在没有传球目标的情况下跑
了10 yard，1st down。解说又打唱赞歌，说道McElory被忽视的移动能力。Fairly你在
哪？！下一个play，McElroy横穿给左路Ingram，Bama一个block之后，Ingram前面已经
空了，safety在后场但是很远。Ingram一路长驱直入，10yard, 20 yard, 30,40…我已

大象实力雄厚的没的讲。我从去年SECCG就说了，INGRAM/Richardson的power running
一打起来，全国各队有人也许可以顶一节两节，但没人能顶下来60分钟的。08年Ingram
只有一个人，而鳄鱼有TEBOW大帝，所以鳄鱼31：20险胜；09年Ingram有了Richardson
搭档，鳄鱼就挡不住了，13-32惨败。
今年情况更加是这样，这两人牛X在于普通级别的LB跟本tackle不下来。好比海战里面
拿轻巡洋舰去拦截对方的大和号战列舰，吨位和主炮口径摆在那里，根本没戏。
大象届时估计就靠这两人一次次冲击，慢慢磨损掉鳄鱼FRONT7；然后McElroy的play
action fake，WR Julio Jones也是个open field难以tackle的主。
反观鳄鱼，RB群是靠速度吃饭。取胜之道在于撕开一个口子用速度搏big play。但是
Jeff Demps伤势不明，到时候有几分功力在还是问题。
所以说BAMA是屠龙刀，势大力沉；鳄鱼最多是条小号的倚天剑。

领也是办不到的。2010年的Iron Bowl，自知Auburn进攻强劲的Alabama，一改往日保守
的打法，首先采用传功，并频频奏效。于此同时，BAMA的防守也特别给力，第一节将
Auburn的进攻控制在0吗跑动，负吗数跑攻。然而，有时太High了，少有不顺便不知所
措。Auburn的转机来自第二节比赛进行到2分38秒时Ingram丢球和6分58秒时Richardson
的Drop Pass，此举将本应28：0的比分变为24：0，大大打击了BAMA的士气，同时给

或更长时间以来最差的害死人得主。这里还有人那Ingram和布什相比，往好处说就是这
人没看过布什比赛。今年又有一批人吹捧理查森，更是莫名其妙。去年有Ingram在场上
吸引防守方的注意力，而且理查森得球的机会很多，可他还是没有出色的表现，今年更
没戏。想起Herschel Walker的一个故事，某年在和Clemson比赛前他受伤了，赛前的热
点就是他能否上场，他没有首发，比赛中他上场了，对手将注意力完全集中在他身上，
结果让另外一人搞了个大的。

Asian Market旁边有一家阿财美贤，是台湾人开的，味道很不错。
Hubner路上有一件Thai Topaz是我觉得最好吃的泰国菜
410 Ingram mall对面， Panda Buffet旁边有一家越南米线，很好吃。
Ingram mall 里面的food court有一家Janpanese Teriyaki chicken的BBQ很好吃。常
常要排队。
Sea world旁边有加Rudy BBQ，环境很简陋，但是宾客很多。男生都说好吃。
凤凰的菜和老四川， Golden wok的菜就不评价了，大家都说过了。
Tim's中国店对面有一个 京华烧腊BBQ 的鸭子很好吃。
Chinasea Buffet 旁边有一家中东店叫 Pasha， 我觉得很好吃。
韩国菜都很远，比较喜欢 KIKU Garden。
刚才有人问ZIO's我觉得和Olive garden的味道没有什么区别。不过我觉得意大利菜都

14年是更高风险的embiid，此人几乎是这几年潜质最高的内线，可能和唐斯有的一拼，
问题就是高风险，超高风险，因为身体原因现在还没有打球。这是76人唯一可能走错的
棋子。当然embiid还年轻，这个风险还不算兑现。
15年意外捡到了okafor，其实是出乎意料的，因为没人想到湖人会放弃okafor选了
russell，很多人诟病76人要选内线打麻将，其实76人只是捡了个宝贝，贯彻了万一没
