我找得这个医生给我查的很详细，最后原因是：眼睑轻度感染（eye lid infection),
专业术语叫：Blephartis.
原因一般是过敏或者眼睑分泌油脂过多，具体到我，有可能是我眼霜每天抹的太多，有
的进了眼睛里引起的。
医生给提供的办法是：用热水敷，用babyshampoo洗眼睑周围，然后还给开了个5天的
eye cream.我按他的办法做了，目前已经好了。没有任何感觉了。
你如果每天晚上都刺痛的话还是需要用药，先把炎症消除了。祝好运！ |

不过这个案子的引发事端处理得非常有问题。相关报道我看了，是因为当地有两个农民
（父子俩）他们的地和联邦的保护区是连在一起的。在2006年，保护区里面因为雷电而
引发了野火。为了防止野火延蔓到他们自己的地里，他们在他们自己的地上烧了一把
back fire, 小部分的烧到了保护区的地带，但是他们自己把火扑灭了。再加上当时保
护区里的野火本来就是往那个方向烧的，所以他们自己觉得没有什么问题。
但是。。。问题就出来了。因为他们烧的火延蔓到了保护区里面，按照美国的法律，就
算烧了一寸也是烧了。于是，他们就被警长请去喝咖啡了（真的就是用喝咖啡的名义叫
过去的）。后来经过几年的反复波折之后，他们被按照故意纵火罪来治罪，而且被罚了
40万。在父子分别坐了3个月和一年的监狱后被释放了。大家都松了一口气，以为这个
事情就这么完了。。。
但是，这个事情没有完。
在这父子俩都已经被释放之后，联邦进行了介入，说原来的宣判太轻了，要求把他们按
照一个反恐的法律来宣判，把他们当成恐怖分子来宣判，最低刑期必须至少5年。我看

估计是被狗咬了之后，内部有点local inflamation，深层tissue慢慢有发炎/红肿/脓/
淤血之类的积在里面，是skin abcess的话，i&d肯定免不了的。就是切开伤口，把里面
的东西都引流出来，包括细菌。
我知道在人身上肯定是这样的。现在还只限局部的时候赶紧治疗就没事了，要是扩散到
systematic，就很麻烦了。
奇怪你当时怎么没发现呢？对了想起来了，朋友家的狗狗被大狗咬了之后确实做i&d了

改了题目才发现今天的更新是多么难写。
饼饼走了，现在没有任何言语可以形容我的心痛。我们太爱他了太舍不得他了。
昨天开始我们发现他几乎不太走动了，除非是去上厕所。其他时候就呆在一个地方，走
路看起来也是很不稳，摇摇晃晃的。今天早上喂饭的时候，我们突然发现他肚子大起来
了，软软的，跟之前不一样了，顿时有种不详的感觉。给他称了体重，长了不少，就觉
得十有八九是变成wet了。早上喂了饭以后我们在沙发上，酥糖也在，酥饼本来远远地
望着，后来脚步蹒跚的走过来，上了沙发，在我们旁边躺了好一会儿。这十步可能是这
两天他走的最远的一次。
大概昨天开始越来越差，今天是最糟糕的一天，他几乎不动，呼吸困难，我们哭了一下
午，就陪着他，后来他慢慢呼吸越来越不好，肚子越来越大（毫不夸张，几个小时后就
比之前大了好多。。），去了沙盆都是出来就直接趴在沙盆旁边，去喝水也是守着水碗
，把头搁在水碗沿上，胸前的毛全部湿了。他太累了没力气fight了。。
大概傍晚的时候，我们差不多已经做了决定要送他走，不能再让他suffer了，可是真的

This past weekend was the worst weekend. He went downhill fast - wasn't
moving, wasn't opening his eyes that much. We basically cried the whole
weekend, and I've never seen LD crying like that before. I think that's

先是腿瘸，然后从后腰开始全都痛了，整天眼泪汪汪的
最后是三种抗生素吃了两个疗程，好了。马后炮的怀疑是FVRCP疫苗引起的kitten limp
syndrome- Calicivirus
我的个人经验，非专业建议是吃抗生素，先别管什么，顶住second infection再观察。
