building的hvac才会有outdoor air control。民用的都是靠infiltration来提供室外
空气的。如果你房子密封特好，也有可能屋内空气会比室外差好多。但一般的民宅
infiltration都足够提供好的室内空气质量 |

生说两项检查都没有问题，给了我血检和超声检查各一份，然后我欢天喜地地回家了。
回家的路上看了两眼超声检查单，吓了一跳，上面写的是"the liver is increased
mildly in echogenicity, which may reflect fatty infiltration or diffuse
hepatocellular disease".结论是："Mildly echogenic liver (fatty infiltration
versus hepatocellular disease)"。附带一句，最近体重减轻了好几磅。
这个结论看着很可怕，脂肪浸润或肝癌？去年6月检查肝实质回声均匀，一切良好。脂
肪肝嘛，我是个瘦人，饮食是比较喜欢吃海鲜。
这个医生为什么什么都没说呢？还说我身体很好？每次去看一次也很烦人啊，又要约又
要跑挺远的，有能给点意见的吗？ |

发帖数: 14069 | 14 嗯，ME1两条路线过了后，开始玩ME2，现在infiltrator 30小时hardcore难度，发现这
个改进实在太大了。
1. 战斗手感好太多了，接近GEOW的手感。Cover系统比原来设计的更仔细自然。
2. 战斗难度极大增加，敌人数量种类多，枪与枪还有针对性的区别，不注意对方甲的
类型的话就完全浪费了。子弹数量有限制，所以还要注意抢地上的子弹。几次大战斗全
都无法一次过关，需要反复试甚至换队友。
3. 队友选择有讲究了，因为难度太大，他们的能力要经常用了，不过打了一会之后，
还是找到了最佳组合：grunt+kasumi，一个坦克，一个窜来窜去瞎捣乱，都不太会死，
跟俺的infiltrator狙击手很配。
4. 似乎这次的六个兵种差别挺大的。俺本来用vanguard开始，浪费了一个小时才认识
到和1不一样，2是必须用cover的，冲在前面必死，vanguard很难用，所以重来改用猥
琐狙击手了。不知道那些魔法兵种怎么样，看广告是各有特色，不像一代里adept一枝
独秀。
5. 这个游戏NV3D的话有很多问题，只好用2D玩，不过也很爽。 |

去完成，k/d什么用都没有，k/d小于0.5一样可以拿很多分.
周五晚上来的把自己的id，还有倾向的兵种附上（operation），到时候我们就stick
to 1，2个兵种，然后分配任务 如果有耳机的全带上
我自己: josome83 tactician 只针对operation, 如果队伍需要，会用infiltrator
如果没有engineer,我也可以
还有，marksman对operation的贡献非常小，建议大家不要用
1. tactician的抢点，机器人区域控制，雷达，主力枪，副枪的榴弹 都对战局很有用
2. engineer的机器人，枪支的火力，弹药修护 必不可少
3. infiltrator的伪装，deliver速度，还有埋弹的速度
4. 护士的机器人，治疗也有用，不过相对来说弱一些
5. marksman的贡献最小了。。。如果有错指出我
其实如果讨论枪支，tactician的第三把枪真的非常好，进程，远程，威力，射速都没
的说，大家可以考虑用用看

体，一个pd-l1 抗体。 在melonoma, lung cancer, renal cancer 上效果都不错，秒
杀过去几十年搞的那些药，如果这都没什么意义，癌症治疗也没啥搞头了。目前看到的
肿瘤生长曲线已经非常的exciting了，有兴趣的可以去读读这三篇文章，看看肿瘤曲线
。从ctla4 到pd-1/pd-l1，不仅仅副作用下降了，疗效也有了大幅度的提高，再等3年
，让我们来看看pd-1/pd-l1 的长期存活率，那时候会更有意义。
anti-ctla-4, 具体可以参考nejm上hodi 的Ipilimumab文章。 在50％存活率这个点比
较，你会发现这个药的疗效也一般，但是重点不在这里，大家可以比较2年半以后，也
就是30个月以后，这个存活曲线的走向。 晚期黑色素瘤,长期存活率提高15%, 10个人
里，可以救活1.5个人，现在有那个药可以做到这点？我觉得这就是重大突破。

A Taiwanese general has been detained on suspicion of spying for China - the
highest-ranking officer involved in alleged espionage in decades.
Maj Gen Lo Hsieh-che was recruited by China in 2004 while he was stationed
overseas, the defence ministry said.
But officials declined to comment on reports that he had worked in the US
and had sold secrets about military communications networks.
His arrest follows an investigation launched last year.
