定域因果（local causality）原则，或简称为定域性（locality）原则，是爱因
斯坦最坚信的原则之一。事实上，直到20世纪80年代，大多数物理学家仍然信守这个原
则。定域性原则规定：任何物理效应（physical effect）都不可能以大于光速的速度
传递。
除定域性原则外，另一个被普遍坚信的原则是客观现实（objective reality）原
则。客观现实原则是指：无论被观察与否，同样存在着一个现实。
