我看到mit上面不少人已经在打算file class action了，这是个很好的决定。但有人说
这个案子的胜算不大，我简单说一个类似案子。
发生在加州，A雇员（黑人）起诉雇用B公司，说是employment racial discrimination
,证据是有一次开会的时候，有人做ppt，把他的头像ps到一个猩猩的图片上。起诉之后
B公司希望与之私下和解，A不干，一定要大干一场，走诉讼程序，诉由是B公司failure
to prevent discrimination, harassment,and retaliation against A,A最后拿到了
4.5Million的赔偿金。
相比ABC这件事情，chinese受discrimination的程度当然更严重，受侵犯的对象更广，

1. 忘记历史意味着背叛。
不要用搜索引擎，有谁知道Issaquah， new castle和Seattle 发生过对华人的仇杀？
在 Bellingham的海岸上，有一块花岗石碑上刻着：“华人死线：华人不准越过此线，
1898-1903”
这是为了禁止当年世界最大的三文鱼罐头厂的华裔员工与附近镇上的白人居民交流而设
定的禁令。
华人在美国的历史中若影若现，在需要的时候有时候会在水面上冒个泡，更多的时候沉
没在历史的长河里。
这次版上声势浩大地质问为什么西雅图反Jimmy游行的规模如此之小，我想也许会对本
地华人社区的觉醒有一定的促进作用。
西雅图华人本该是对排华最最敏感的群体，可惜由于历史的隔断，很少有人意识到排华
对我们意味着什么。

我会这么说，这位public sector的州congressman may not meet the requirements
for the penal code charge of "inciting a riot", but his unequivocal and
public advocacy and promotion of mass violence (riot) as a result of the
judicial branch's review is a dangerous insult on the ethics that all
public
sector members must comply with. so i complain.
