承认这是罪行了，就是认为这不受第一修正案保护，不是言论自由了。
这就是为什么，他们要赶紧出来声明说这是个unscripted秀，因为Direct and public
incitement to commit genocide这个罪，是要求是故意为之的，就是有这个intent。
如果是小孩自己说的这个责任就轻多了，但是他们编辑播出，也同样是成人的责任。就
是经过他们编辑播出，就已经是成人的责任，成人的intent了。
