事故估计生病看医生的可能性不太大，所以打算买便宜一点的fixed benefit，即使每
次的copay高一点，只要去的次数不多就比comprehensive划算。可是我发现绝大部分的
fixed benefit plan，比如inbound USA，在马里兰州都不available。请问我这种情况

加元貶值，大溫旅遊業者多認為，對旅遊行業總體是好的。瑞麗旅遊社總經理王惟昌和
開心旅遊負責人陳開心都表示，對旅遊業國外團（outbound）和國內團（inbound）的
影響，各有不同。
王惟昌說，國內團部分，加元一貶，在開放地區，如台灣、日本、韓國等地的遊客，收
的錢比較低，來加拿大玩的意願也會提高，是好事；但國外團，由於多是收直接招徠的
顧客，這邊招團出去，要求對方的旅遊社去做，比較好要求。
他比較國內團和國外團指出，國內團因加元貶值，利潤雖少，但旅客量會做得比較大。
當中中國對加拿大的旅遊還未開放，加元貶值很難反映到市場，但台灣、日本、韓國的
遊客數量，就會有明顯的增加；而國外團，利潤空間很大，各有千秋。
陳開心表示，加元貶值，國外團肯定會比以往少，她就接到一個原本要出國旅遊的客人
，因加元貶值而臨時打退堂鼓的例子。
不過，影響不大，因為目前客人選擇出國旅遊，不是看加元高或低，最重要的是還是自
己的經濟能力。
至於國內團部分，加元貶值應是有好處的，不過，最終還是會受制於經濟的因素，以我

比如就算wide open不进，你可以欣赏进攻方的传球配合，
所创造出来的机会。
抢不到篮板，可以看看对手是怎么boxout,secure rebound的，
最后一次进攻，可以看看教练是怎么样布置决定胜负的进攻的，
也可以看看防守方是怎么防守的。
就算一个小小的inbound play,可以看的东西都很多。
总之，一场比赛总归有胜有负，
一个赛季只有一个冠军，
没有一个球队能够长胜不败，
纠缠于胜负没什么大意思，
对篮球迷来说(篮球迷，不是xx队球迷，xx球星的fan/hater...)
只有真正看比赛的内容，
真正欣赏篮球本身，才会乐在其中。

实话讲，这个BAT就有尺度问题，这里没有明确说是单手还是双手。界外救球的时候，
没有多少安安稳稳“持球”的例子，还有，单手“持球”也是可能的。不过这些可以常
识判断了。

想起几年前隔壁版还有几位技术大牛(beckett, msee)在的时候,
曾经有过一次很热烈的争论:
如果punt returner calls for a fair catch,
踢方是必须让出两码的空间给他接球的.
但是如果他黄油手, 球在手掌上打转呢?
答案只要球没有落地, 他仍是不可侵犯的, 得给他机会接稳球.
结果就有人问了: 如果PR叫了fair catch以后, 有意无意, 一直用两手颠球,
既不接稳, 也不落地, 就这么往对方底线小跑过去, 难道踢方就眼睁睁的看着他长驱直入?

bound. If he catches the ball, they will start at the 30 yard line like you
said, but if he bubbles the ball, what happen if ball remains inbound or out
of bound? Will there still be penalty on the kicking team? Will the ball be
live if it is in bound? |
