基本上，如果你面试要准备此类问题，俺觉得可以先阐述常用的一些方法，然后提提对
missing数据的imputation在不同的公司，不同的领域很难有通用的方法，具体情况具
体分析,原因是数据来源不一样，造成missing的原因不一样，missing variables分布
的模式也不一样，continues和categorical variables 不一样。另外，从business的
角度看，有一些特定的变量需要特殊处理，如何处理，需要经验积攒，脱离变量的实际
意义而仅从data prospective来讨论missing imputation是没什么意义的。比方
sales方面的变量，销售额或订单数如果missing的话，肯定是要补0而不是mean/
meadian什么的了;income missing的话，用age 和real estate来做个回归也许是个比
较好的选择;年龄missing的话，看看有没有大学毕业时间之类的变量；性别missing的

阿三都算入gdp。国内不计算imputed rent，但是实际房租算入GDP的。关键是国内在计
算GDP时认为买房不属于消费而属于投资，向他人租房属于消费，而居民自住房屋所产
生的虚拟房租则不认定为消费。
中国少算的主要是服务业，这比imputed rent要多得多。 |

都没有明显的 delay
据说人的反应最短时间是0.1秒，delay大约0.1秒
人会感觉出来，对话有困难
这就怪了
按说，从美国到中国，哪怕是球面距离都1万多公里
顶1/20光、电流每秒走过的距离
也就是说，哪怕是直接连线两地，没有任何中间结点
至少也有1/20的delay
事实上，现在所有的电话，包括固定电话
都是以数据包的形式在传输话音
这些数据包要经过n道路由
路由本身处理这些包就需要时间
找到合适的路径，才会转播出去
还有数据包的到达时间是不可预测的
因为网络的traffic实在是不可预测
这样，原本按顺序发出的数据包

2. For the missing values A or B. Check the the missing ratio. If the ratio
is more than 50%, maybe you should drop this variables. Create indicators
for the missing values and use the indicator in the model as a input
variable either. Impute the missing values using mean, median, regression,
or multiple imputation methods based on the data structures.
It is hard to find the 'best' imputation method, but you have to try. |

。For example：时效性。
比如我做的艾滋病项目的时候，第一列艾滋病是1981年发现的，那个时候还没有科学方
法可以准确的测量出CD4的具体数值，所以从1981年到1995年之间，很多人的第一个
CD4结果是missing的(up to 50% missing values prior to 1995 )，而且这些人可能感染
了很久才被发现，所以已经进入到AIDS的阶段，他们的第一个CD4要远小于HIV时候的CD4。在这种情
况下imputation就不能用了，因为imputation是用现在别人的第一个CD4去impute过去别人的第一
个CD4,从而导致1995年之前每年的CD4与95年之后每年的CD4分布的一致性，which is not
expected. |

要做imputation. 理论上，你如果有一些额外的数据，包括一些按说该杀但没杀的个体
的后期follow up数据，就会更有做imputation的数据支持。没有这类数据的话，可以
看那个做为杀个体衡量标准的variable与时间以及其他变量的关系如何，以此为
imputation的数据支持，但是这个缺点是，你假设杀之前和之后这个变量间关系是不变
的，这个假设很可能在现实中不成立。 |

1. Do as you did
2. Assuming some distributions hidden in your missing, then filling the
missing value accordingly
3. If we can justify the missing at random (or complete at random, but it is
too optimistic), try several imputation methods like multiple imputation
methods. Basic idea is to assume some dependency relationship with other
predictors, using them to predict the missings.

一個是軟體天才..另一個卻是以藝術家自居..對於電子技術了解不多

一千多段50个core同时跑要两个礼拜。后来外面关系户有免费超算时间，16小时左右跑
一段，256段同时跑，3天跑完。现在免费的时间没了，正好前段时间组里的十几台
Desktop都换成了i5,我装上VM后，一个core跑一段只要2小时左右。我一台机器用2到3
个core在后台impute,他们前台该做啥还做啥，基本感觉不到。不到3天，一千多段全跑
完，现在浪费的计算力可见一斑。 |

imputation获得，如果frequency低的话，必须有足够的覆盖来保证，一定数目的个体
可以检测到，frequency低的variant，imputation的准确性不高。
