一直在版上潜水，没想到竟然这么快就在版上发帖了，我们在一起快4年了，领证还不
够八个月。而明天我们就要去办离婚了，我是女方。
躺在床上辗转难眠，听这外面的雷声风声雨声，仍觉得今晚这一切都太戏剧
化了，我实在是想不通，一时间难以接受。
我尽量用中立的态度阐述整个过程和当时的想法，写了很多细节很长，希望
版上热心的朋友能够帮我分析，指出我的盲点和错误。
昨天看到京东618活动买了两样厨房电器，下单送到公司了。其实本来想下到
家里的，因为LG已经离职一个月呆在家，也正因为他的离职怕货到付款他不肯付，又或
者是付了引发矛盾，所以犹豫了一下还是送到公司。
结果电器送到的时候，比我想象中要更大。家离公司不远，平时走路大概20
来分钟的路程。但把这2样东西拿回家就变成一个艰难的任务了。

开车去过实验室，自己因为是permit，白天不敢开出去。也许是动了哪根筋吧，实验室
两位permit的同学也想去沃尔玛，于是我们便开我车去了。
很悲催，回来路上从一小路左转到干路上时撞上了一个大卡车，当时很害怕便开回
了家，回去后找了同学，同学说赶紧回去，便回到了事故现场，前后也就半个多小时吧
，很不幸警察正在勘查，已经差不多了，自己怕定个逃逸罪，便主动承认了。还好，没
有按逃逸处理，我的车毁的有些严重放在家里没过来，警察跟我回家看过车后录了笔录
，给了我一个月后一个上法庭的通知单。
现在事故报告出来了，我负全责：1. failed to yield right of way; 2.
inattention; 3. turning improperly; 最严重的是permit开车违反了"00395
INSTRUCTIONAL PERMIT VIOLATIONS"，要上法庭。
很害怕去法庭，有什么建议吗？上庭之前考下驾照能不能减轻处罚呢？去法庭必须
要有律师吗？谢谢大家了！ |

而且，你说的不完全，上述不需要新的证据，但是如果成功，是可以发回一审法庭
remand的，那个时候是可以提交新的证据的。
至于上诉成功本来就难，这个一定要换律师，还要一定要抓到理由。
比如让陪审员试枪，第一，枪不是loaded，和当时不同；二，没有当时context （
stress/pressure/threat)，
这个行为的结果就是improper evidence。

In 2010, two Merck virologists filed a federal lawsuit against their former
employer, alleging the vaccine maker lied about the effectiveness of the
mumps portion of its MMR II vaccine.11 The whistleblowers, Stephen Krahling
and Joan Wlochowski, claimed they witnessed “firsthand the improper testing
and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the
vaccine's efficacy findings.”
