看到很多的同胞意识到烙印问题的紧迫性，并且着急的发帖劝告大家，我觉得很感动。
弯曲很多公司的发展是这样的，刚开始的时候都是老白和老中，实打实的干活的，后来
来了一个烙印，再后来一大帮烙印都来了。google的9个svp有5个还是6个都是烙印，
ms的ceo现在也是烙印。
有一点是可以肯定的， 烙印都恨老中，他们以为中国侵略过他们， 他们绝对绝对100%
不会帮老中的，但是烙印很会political，绝对不明着阴你，都暗地里阴你。而且是
imply 的阴你 不是直接说你不好，因为他并没有证据 他也不需要证据就可以阴你。

问题的关键是什么是宪法精神，什么是严格的按照宪法精神。美国宪法很大而话之而且
在不断的变化，笼统的说严格的按照宪法精神是不严格的。
就说你wiki的这些原则，比如implied power等这些都是在McCLLOUCH v. MARYLAND后才
慢慢被承认的。要是严格按照宪法，就是所谓的strict constructionist（James Madi
son, Thomas Jefferson等人）的说法，implied power是违宪的，现在很多很多的stat
ue是违宪的。在1937年前禁止童工的法案都是违宪的，你说是那时候的法官没有严格遵
照宪法精神呢还是现在的法官没有呢。但说白了，就是不同时期不同的政治罢了。就说
95年以后，consertive占领supreme court后已经开始有比较大的回归1887－1937的迹
象，只是还没到那地步罢了
所以说无论中美，还是世界各国，对宪法的解释都是对政治的反应，没什么严格不严格

The part of the story they didn't mention is they are only 38% sure it was
the hottest on record. The other thing they didn't mention is that surface
