我有一笨问题:
ATP hydrolysis 出的能量是怎么样产生的? 这里要的不是简单的 equation,
我这里指的是:
当一 ATPase (比如 MT motor proteins) hydrolyze ATP 时, 可以
想象 ATP 和该 ATPase 总是大约处于一定的位置, 那么反应的能量是以什么
形式放在什么原子上, 处于什么方向? 该原子又如何把能量传递? 是否一般
ATPase 的能量传递 (初始) 原理相象?

杨坤被网友质疑过分袒护学员金志文和关喆,而他与丁丁的关系也遭网友质疑,尽管当事人作出了回应,但仍难平息网友的猜测。很多网友也来到杨坤的微博对他进行攻击。杨坤表示,“人人都想当岳飞,我杨坤更想当,而且从未改变过,可一不留神被污蔑成秦桧,伤心是肯定的,突然觉得如此渺小,如此无力,甚至连想替自己说句话的能力都没有了,不过我可以面对,也必须面对,我既然想做岳飞,就一定能背得起被秦桧这个骂名。”自从在9月30日下午,《中国好声音》决赛前发出微博之后,这条微博已经被转发了将近十万,评论超过六万。

Water is one of the major components on earth. Formation of peptides should
not happen under these conditions. The hydrolysis of the peptides, if by any
chance formed, will dominate. If there were any "natural" amino acids ever
existed, they had to be monomers. I highly doubt there would be a chance to
form a di or tri peptide by nature, not mentioning the complicated
polypeptide structure.

What are you talking about? Chemically,RNA is not stable because of the
hydroxy group (self hydrolysis)...in his/her situation the RNA is dry, so I
think it will still be good.

This is how we make home-made Halo-Atto647N in our lab using amine/NHS ester
chemistry. It is probably not the most cost-efficient way, but we did get
huge amount of Halo-Atto647N. Hope this would help.
Reagents and Reaction Set Up:
Dissolve 5mg of Atto NHS ester in 400ul of Anhydrous N,N DMF. (Final
Concentration 10mM)
Add 120 ul of 100mM stock solution of Amino HaloTag Ligand. (Final
Concentration 20mM)
Add 3.1 ul of DIPEA (reagent grade) to the solution. (Final Concentration
30mM)

hk hydrolysis the RR~P, free P就到环境中去了 (可以去TLC 去测?)
还是说 先生称 HK~P, 然后 HK~P 自己dephosphorylation了,free P 去环境中了。
2.in vitro phosphorylation实验中,一个分子量很大的蛋白,能促进HK 的
dephosphorylation,但是不影响 phosphortransfer to RR. 这怎么解释啊?
除了conformation change这种万能解释。
