joke to bypass expressing her foreign policies directly (she might not have
a clue or a clear plan at that point since she was selected by McCain in
such a hurry but the campaign was at that stage that the voters really
needed to know her plan how to manage a country, not a state). In a regular
talkshow I think it showed her spontaneous wit (using a light joke to avoid
