说起提高慢。我觉得最重要的因素是:
体育底子好的人，目标比较高，其实很多人提高已经很快了。
要知道长跑这东西，其实要4-5年才到peak.要想半年一年就显著提高。有点心急
另外一个就是体育不好的人。发现第二春。发现自己可以提高。
13mins pace可以到10mins可以9mins , or even 8 or 7 ...
这样主观上有更大的动力。训练什么的也来劲.hoho

You cannot hunk just because some other driver is slow. Just pass the slow
car and there's no harm. You only hunk to make sure some drivers should be
reminded of something.
For example, if you see someone driving deviating its own lane looking down
at a phone screen in his/her hand, yes, you'd hunk the heck of it. This did

Well, I just usually pass the very slow cars without having to hunk. I
cannot imagine people will hunk just because a car's slow. I can understand
the hunk if a car is extremely slow and may cause danger to others. However,
everyone may have some emergencies and situations, such as a family member
just going through some surgery, a new baby on board, etc. It's best to keep
calm on the road. |

好像没有人讨论过，怎么都race report后就不说啥了直到下次比赛，难不成你们都是

说说我自己：
1。今天是比赛完的第五天，昨天走路基本没什么问题，今天就去recovery一下，结果
发现大腿后侧，button有些痛啊，shin也有一点痛，我之前都以为能走肯定能跑。。。
而且side stitch又是阴魂不散，中间走了不少，不过到最后好像好了些。
2。上火，2年没有这么严重了，嘴巴肿得同学说是向被谁打了一拳,好像还抽得脸有些
疼。。。
3。困，没有耐心，是不是把那点耐心都交给了那最后的6麦了？睡很多，不过晚上9点
就困，昨天逛街半个小时就厌烦回家，晚上写holiday card写了一半竟然有些恶心，真
是中邪了。。。
4。很能吃，而且饿了就要马上要吃那样，很恐怖。。。

看了lolo等人对乙肝的看法、逻辑、推论、结论，想法是：如果你对乙肝没有真正理解
，请先学习去，然后再下结论。因为乙肝确实不同于其他疾病，主要是其诊断、治疗的
复杂和难度。至于如何预防和如何与乙肝病人相处，要好理解的多，当然如果你不信，
可以先学习再说。无知并不可怕，也不可耻。但是无知还出来妄下论断是可憎可恶可耻
可怜的
如何分别不同的病症：表面抗原阳性非活动性携带者、e抗原阳性慢乙肝（大三阳）、e
抗原阴性慢乙肝（小三阳），以及如何对应不同的病症治疗。如果不是有经验的肝病专
家，很难予以正确的诊断和治疗。比方说吧：以前认为小三阳比大三阳的传染力低、病
情轻、往肝纤维化和肝癌的转变可能性小，但现在发现有一类小三阳（前c区病毒基因变
异），转氨酶正常，病毒呈弱阳性（10的3-5次方)，对比大三阳病毒数量多为10的6次方

以做franchise。所以首先是scalable的。
2。起个响亮的名字，papa wang啥的，要打品牌。
3。食物最好是不需要当场炒的，否则炒不过来，也不容易franchise。说到这个，我想
起家附近mitsuwa超市里卖ramen的门脸了，那叫一个门庭若市，周末基本排半个小时以
上，还是呼央呼央的排着。就是那种面里有碱味儿的浓汤面，头天把汤熬上，卖的时候
就需要把干面煮熟，放上肉，完事。我认识的人里就有每两周开1个半小时过来专门吃
