去徒步旅行。先是到刚经历过南北战争的南方去游山玩水，差点病死在路上。后又跑到

Yosemite待了N年，写了一堆游记，然后就出名了。然后就有人给他钱让他去才买过来
的Alaska玩。

为了健身，吃的好辛苦啊。。。吃的多了，做饭的劳动量也加大了
不管怎样，坚持下去。
并不想练成muscle hunk那样，肌肉一块一块解剖图一样的，像古希腊雕塑那样能够的
身材匀称就很好了，有点肌肉的轮廓，但是不要全身上下遍布沟壑。感觉自己是不是叶
