。就比如以前比赛中间跟他叔交流，被警告过很多次。还有炸伤要医疗暂停，为什么他
一要别人就不爽，因为前科太多了。还有比赛规定 发球之间只有20秒，nadal估计应该
不止。昨天nadal和del potro是两个特别能拖的球员之间的较量，阿根廷人也一样，美
网的时候几乎每个球都要擦汗，不发球的时候也让人等。
nadal他叔培养他真是没少花心血，明明右手,10几岁改成左手，这步真是走对了，现在
对大部分球员的优势还真不小 |

。现金桌深筹码才有打法，短筹码无非紧凶all in而已。1c/2c真的不要提了。1c/2c和
100/200完全不是一个概念，澳门500/1000更是一个不同打法。我保证Drrrr从5k/10k去
打1c/2c也会很快输光
4. 这些人都在国内，可能也就偶尔飞下wsop，ept，英文不好很正常。打牌术语正确很
重要？我回国以前还真不知道set和trips的区别，刚回国打的时候牌桌上真有刚打两天
牌的小屁极力纠正我，以表示他很懂德扑，虽然他输得稀里哗啦。

个人认为，现代国人被教化成没有“敬畏之心”，是一个症结。前一段，十大置顶文章
的尽是骂阿三的，我也不喜欢他们，但有一点却是值得学习，那就是他们文化中提倡的
：humble。 我认识的几个老印说起别人的优点，经常会提到“此人很humble”，而不
是国人讲的, ”此人很牛“。
而中国现代人，从文化大革命”破四旧“，”天不怕，地不怕“以来，信仰被彻底打垮
，人人间的信任被践踏，一代代的教化越来越没有了“敬畏之心”，更多的是浮躁之气
，暴戾之气。
再看西方的孩子，从小就去教堂，那些亘古不倒的神圣建筑，在那高耸的穹窿下面，看
那些庄严的圣像，听着那直入心底，虔诚超然的管风琴，耳濡目染，自然就生出“敬畏
之心”，这也许是从小的潜移默化。。。
人无“敬畏”，则言谈无法无天，举止肆无忌惮，虽家财万贯也难有德行，虽居庙堂高
位也不过常人。是故海外华人，当年天之骄子，今日不过小富即安，各自明哲保身，难

1）虎妈的妈妈对虎妈的成长有着相当影响力。虎妈的妹妹生有唐氏综合症，虎妈的妈
妈在她身上倾注了很多的照顾和同其他女儿一样的人生期望。虎妈的妈妈在家庭和事业
的平衡方面无疑是虎妈的模仿对象。在这本书中，虽然对虎妈的妈妈着墨不多，但时时

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥

灵修的过程

我们可以从马可福音一章35节，耶稣身上学: 「次日早晨，天未亮的时候，耶稣起来，
到旷野地方去，在那里祷告。」从马可福音一章21-34节看到耶稣讲道、赶鬼又医病，
一天中服事很忙。为什么第二天要那么早起来祷告， 不好好休息呢？我相信一方面耶
稣爱父神， 要与父神亲近；另外一个原因，就是要从父神支取力量， 应付又一天繁忙
的服事。由此，我学到早上祷告与神亲近的秘诀，也养成了每天早晨灵修的习惯。那是
我与神亲近的宝贵时刻，也是每天力量的泉源。
怎么灵修呢？
最好每天可以选一段时间，十几分钟或三十分钟，跟神亲近。我喜欢是早上。因为早上

发帖数: 1060 | 43 高中的时候，我们三个人就分道扬镳了，Z在另一所高中，我和Y虽然在同一所高中，但
是呢，不同的班级。高一上学期的时候，她仍然经常来我家，上午一起写作业，中午在
我家吃饭，下午一起写作业，然后晚饭前回家。好甜蜜好亲热地小姐妹。粘粘糊糊，好
开心地在一起，想到她看到她就会在脸上浮现出会心的微笑。我甚至觉得，比恋爱的感
觉还温馨。
插一句，我不知道Y有没有向Z也分享这些，我猜是有的。不过呢，我没有问过，没想到
去问。因为她们两都是以我为中心的，都是非常非常喜欢我的，她们两人之间也许没有
和我之间那么好。而且那个时候，我的名字是相当有品牌价值的，小孩子只要对父母说
我是和吴XX一起去干啥干啥，都能获得允许的，而我事实上专门领着她们干坏事的，嘻
嘻。
我不知道是什么原因，Y后来就不再来我家了，而我从小就不允许去别人家的，除非是
父母领着去。总之，Y后来就不再来我家了。我当时也没察觉，毕竟有新的朋友了嘛。
也没那么敏感。
但是呢，后来我终于发觉了，Y不再来我家了，然后我以为这就是所谓的朋友之间越来
越淡的过程。
虽然有点遗憾，但是，学业的压力，顾不得那么多了。

观光法：金刚坐毕，静想头上有一月轮，结成五色光彩。观想之功最密，非可聚得，观
上腾之光与有意无意之间，隐隐跃跃，常观空中，自有九转成丹之妙。至观光纯熟，将
顶上之光移于心上，既是用般若慧光，观照自性之法。此光由成而形，由形而著，由著
而明，未可以言传，日久成功，自有效验。
按：所谓观光法，方法传授不一，其根本目的是打通人体中脉，使一腔浩然正气与
天地相融合。达到天人合一，出现光环是天人合一时的感应。
佛最忌有着于相，为何此处有着处？此之谓借筏渡河之理，无筏渡不得河，过河后
筏又有何用？故云;“佛本无法，有法亦空。”又云：“识得借笩渡河义，方为无上有
心人。”

无论别人怎样议论大乘，都应作为修忍辱波罗蜜。尽量不加入争讼。实在不行，回一声
佛号，南无本师释迦摩尼佛，也是功德无量。
何况大乘小乘虽然对于阿罗汉等的地位有所争议，但是都同尊三宝，都承认三法印，都
愿意以释迦摩尼本尊为师。
而对待小乘，应当恭敬。华严经善财童子五十三参，对对方都恭恭敬敬对待。这是大乘
弟子应当效仿学习的。

学的时候，你的程度和当下心机兴趣在某个点上，这个程度可高可低，但都可能
