前提是资金非常有限，arcadia temple city这种地方的house就别考虑了。 解放区比
如北alhambra的condo或者townhouse，vs. 哈岗罗兰岗的小house， 年轻人无孩（将来
打算要孩）工作在downtown区域，如果是你你会选哪里？
解放区的condo或者townhouse的好处就是，commute无痛苦，然后经济上没有负担，家
长来了走路就可以到热闹地方，可以自己买菜。 坏处就是一个是环境一般，感觉跟国
内县城似的，还有就是学区一般，condo升值潜力有限。
东区新解放区的小house的好处可能是，环境好一些，house有自己的产权和院子，爸妈
来了可以自己折腾，他们在国内还没住过带院子的房子，学区比alhambra稍好一些，如
果到walnut就更好了，house升值潜力大。坏处最主要就是上班远啦，大部分工作都在
西边。
知道什么每个人的life style不一样啦，有人喜欢折腾房子有人喜欢condo不用折腾之
类的。但是其实周一到周五，对于大多数上班族来说，life也都差不多吧。 所以想问

They don't really keep records of that with the house, but the inspector
will tell you that it can change since the plates in the ground are always
shifting and its possible for your radon to go up or down throughout the
years. Your neighbors house could have high radon and your house could have
almost 0 radon. Its very much a house by house basis but overall, I don't
think Bethany has that high of radon. Lake Oswego is known to have the most.

现在第一套房子这几年过渡的话，是买好一点学区的10年新townhouse还是差一点学区
的40年旧的house？想问问大家的建议. townhouse40万出头，house大概53-58万.
听说house保值，但是感觉上新一点的townhouse要舒服些。lg也不太handy |

里面根本找不到停车位。就开进了路对面的一个business plaza的parking lot. 刚停
下，一个肥白男就跑过来， 满口脏话，说不许趴这里， 然后拿相机在车前后拍照。
我开出去了，停到open house 门口路上。 那个肥白男还追过来拍照。 我后面一个来
看open house 的中国couple停在那车就被拖走了。之后还有一个亚裔老头过来， 刚停
下，那个白垃圾就过来拍照， 根本不给warning. 这个plaza看起来没有什么business,
只有一家tax 公司营业。 估计他们就靠这个挣钱。
给版上的提醒一下， 去那个地方看open house一定要小心。 |

中开始。
Harewood House坐落在一片富饶的庄园之上，四处可见英国标志式的绿色草坪，近处或
远处散布着白色的羊群，羊们显得很悠闲，并不急着吃草，时而抬起头凝望着路人，似
乎还若有所思。延官道走去，（想必这以前是走马车的吧），先看到了House的主体，

house,基本就是很mean的人，
按照family大妈们的标准，
1. 丫首先是个性骚扰狂，
因为他不仅对女下属cameron的性行为感兴趣，
而且他还对他女上司cuddy的mimi大加评价，
最后还对他的病人进行性比喻。
2. 其次按学术版的家伙而言，
house根本不尊重ethics,
他经常命令手下break in病人的房子，
其中一次差点导致foreman死亡。
3. house同志自己不仅吸毒，而且嫖妓，
按某些人的想法，
丫早该被吊销行医执照了。
4. 最后，house太mean了，对所有人都是一样。
包括他最好的朋友wilson,
wilson为了他，几乎失去工作。
但是house的魅力就是他的arrogant,他的不妥协，
可能太鲜明的反社会性格，加上他牛逼的技术，
真是这个剧的魅力所在。

看到好多朋友都在这样的in house公司。就是公司租个house,或着apartment,1楼是年
轻码工，2楼是管理层。in house公司外面一般没有公司名字，看着不象是个公司。

的四个学期里，有三个是full time学生即可，就说我们打算这个学期part time，夏天
的时候full time。Housing的人要求我们到学校开证明。我先生认为自己修课的事情，
学校不会给出证明，就没去开。结果housing就把我们告了。
我先生要反诉，大家觉得可行吗？

miles，有UMBC（马里兰大学巴尔的摩郡分校）校车通过，35号公共汽车可直通UMB（马
里兰大学巴尔的摩市）校园，开车距离巴尔的摩市中心10分钟车程，房主是UMB博士毕
业，搬家后准备出租，适合来巴尔的摩工作读书的人士租用。旁边3分钟步行路程就是
一个 Wilkins Ave shopping center，有Giant超市、中餐、披萨、Liqueurs、理发等
商店和牙医、银行等，方便购物，距离韩亚龙韩国超市和新开的大中华超市开车10分钟
。社区相对比较安全，距离UMBC警察局开车5分钟，也有一个警察住在对面，常有警车
停在这里。也常有接送儿童的小学校车就停在门前，所以也方便送小孩子上学。
楼上3个房间，一个walk out地下室，共3个全浴，一个全浴在主卧室，一个全浴在地下
室，一个在二楼，另外地下室还有一个书房或可用做rec room。房租每月1600元，可单
租，价格分别是地下室（380）、较小卧室（410）、较大卧室（420）、主卧室（450）

物种，但是在北美大陆上远没有House Sparrow混得好，现在只在St. Louis附近能找到
。回国大部分地区看见的家雀应该都是Treee Sparrow了，比House Sparrow小，由于有
完整的栗子壳帽子和耳朵上的黑点，要比House Sparrow可爱得多。大伙多看几眼下面

S&P/Case-Shiller: Housing Prices Mostly Declined In November
Yesterday, I wrote about the big existing home sales decline in December.
Today, another important housing market metric was released: the S&P/Case-
Shiller Home Price Indices for November. The news here isn't any better here
. Both, its 10-city and 20-city composite price averages were down in
November. Prices were down for 16 of the 20 metropolitan areas it tracks.
The indices trend isn't encouraging.

1) 3/4 of the forclosed houses are still not on the market yet:(
2) Millions of houses are supposed to be foclosed and yet not foclosed
because of the Federal government do not let the banks to forclose them:(
3) The ecomonic growth will be zero or negative in the USA for at least 10
