radon inspection. PORTLAND地区不少人因为得了癌症起诉 seller 和 agent.
网上好像能查到不同社区 Radon general information。谁查过，哪个网址信息最准确

发帖数: 297 | 2 我的agent告诉我 LAKE OSWEGO 的RADON最高，这可是OREGON最好的TOWN啊。
They don't really keep records of that with the house, but the inspector
will tell you that it can change since the plates in the ground are always
shifting and its possible for your radon to go up or down throughout the
years. Your neighbors house could have high radon and your house could have
almost 0 radon. Its very much a house by house basis but overall, I don't
think Bethany has that high of radon. Lake Oswego is known to have the most.
I would recommend having the test done either way. |

发帖数: 195 | 4 貌似这种惰性气体多半都是在有地下室的房子里面存在,如果新建的房子没有地下室,好
像很少这种问题.

需要再买一套测测试试。 |
