Went to watch the start this morning. Weather was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE.
49F, pouring rain, 20+mph wind.
got a close glimpse of Lance Armstrong, Floyd Landis, Hincapie, Boonen,
Cancellera, etc.

我看看人家的腿怎么那么结实，看看人家什么速度坡度频率运动，看看人家怎么
穿衣服打扮，看看人家怎么化妆，总之。。看女生的时候多。当然如果前面有帅哥，
我也不会害羞，肯定也是盯着看。跑步30分钟至少，能盯着看30分钟而不用觉得

this integration created a lot of issues. from what i saw personally, it's
hard to find female servicemember who can do as much physical work as male,
