it is too technical and specific
my viewpoint is that you can not do it, coz the final award statment
indicates how many session you have enrolled.
definitely the immi will look at this statement.
the best way may be you finish and submit your thesis some time in the third
session, and the marking will take about one sesstion, based on my experience.
it must be safe, if you really wants to get the pr!

他们收到后就电话询问了，我觉得很管用。他们会一步一步follow up。不要怕房东，
麻州很多的租房条款都是保护租房子的人。我们一开始就是因为太怕事，被房东讹了钱

挺好的同事。他先按上限订好不错的酒店，打出酒店发票，然后很快cancel, 不付违约
金。再订个很一般的酒店，用贵的receipts 报销差旅费。每次出差弄个几百块小钱。
被我无意中发现了。难道HR就无法看出来吗？很想提醒他不要为了几个小钱丢了工作。
我倒不至于提防，就是纠结是否提醒他一下，他也算是我的一个朋友和同盟了，很多事
情上大家互相照应。我无意中发现，别人可能也有机会发现。

我刚看到网上有这么一个chart，有点意思，你可以参考一下别州的情况。

你用手机是作为music player，所以可能属于grey area。当然另一方面，这个是加州
law，跟你们州的可能还不一样，所以要咨询你们州的律师。
法律援助一般都会有的。不是说你工作了就不能找免费律师了，有一些具体要求的，你
可以网上查查啊。至于法律咨询，应该有hotline，以及on－site的服务，同样也可以
上网搜搜。。
如果不能免费律师，自己上的话，我觉得最好把所有证据备齐，然后上庭前往往会有一
个pre-trial bargain，是和公诉人进行的。那个时候你可以聊聊如果他减轻控罪，（
比如用手机那个很严重，看能不能少罚点并且别扣分等等）一般达成妥协的话，也可以
plea。反正worst case就是你上庭还输掉。但那样的话，同你现在plea guilty也没区
别，所以你至少值得一试～ |

束后罢工。教育局长沃科特在21日致家长及监护人的信中透露上述消息。他表示，教育
局对此十分担忧，但也做好了应对准备，一旦真的罢工，将为学生提供捷运卡。
【侨报纽约讯】沃科特在信中说，纽约市教育局正在举办一场校车新合约的招标会，
以确保能在2013-2014学年为学生提供交通服务。教育局目前签署的合约将于2013年6月
底到期，教育局希望现在就行动起来，签署新的合约。
沃科特说，校车司机与陪护人员工会已告诉教育局，如本次招标不纳入“雇员保
护条例”（Employee Protection Provision）， 一项即使其目前的雇用公司不能赢得
本次新的招标，也能够确保其工人获得民事服务类型的工龄资历权利的措施，则他们将
罢工。罢工无疑将导致校车服务受到严重影响，也可能完全中断。

三和他的insurance做claim，我的insurance agent会将此报告发给对方的insurance。
如果对方有问题，会直接给我打电话。
insurance agent也说以后有任何incident一定要要对方的保险。现在我面面临的风险
是他有我的保险和驾照，基本上他可将所有的back bumper的摩擦全推给我（or
anything he wants me to pay）。如果到了那个地步，我得找insurance fraud
department，又是新的问题。 |
