感谢四月MM，她给雅培CEO发的信有了回音，她今天接到雅培主动打来的电话，内容如下：
昨天写信给CEO后，刚才接到电话了。
是个中国人，态度很好，大体意思是：
（1）中国雅培那边在考虑方案，说是针对淘宝网的reseller，所以最好提供一些购买
证据（不是必需）；
（2）美国recall的hotline有不少是志愿者，不专业是正常的；
（3）坚持中国雅培和美国的产品同等成分和质量（我当然不相信，但也没必要争这个
）；
（4）一旦中国雅培拿出方案，会派人联系verify产品后按照美国标准refund（肯定不
需要自己寄回美国）；
（5）就我的情况（要求reimbursement第二次寄回中国的费用），有难度，可继续
negotiate（我估计是给些奶票之类的）；
（6）现在美国这边s家的大量奶粉很难买到，需要一段时间。

不行啊？而且我知道别家店可以呀！” 他：“别家店收了的也是违反规定，他们不懂

挣得挺多，轻松的加班都占着。 医生怕她们是因为她们很有经验有水平。
不过不要怕，病人如果觉得护士不好，一定跟医院领导投诉。医院挺怕投诉的。

糊里糊涂的,当时也没有给他多说就挂了电话. 事后想起来很后怕,这会不会有什么坏的
后果? 想来想去也不明白为什么要告诉Fraud Hotline. 我母亲也没有要什么Cash 或
Eenergy Assistance, 只是一个普通的医疗保险. 搬一下家怎么就成Fraud了? 难道还

就以为ATM出错,自己丢了几十$, 打了hotline,claimed自己存钱却因为ATM出错白白损
失了几十$. 他们认了, 给我赔了几十$, 还说这个claim就算解决了.
今天忽然发现那天存的钱分两次一分不少地到了我帐上,另外还有因为claim而得到的几
十$(和第一次存钱的金额相同).
想退回去,但不知道咋退.是不是得亲自去银行说清楚?再打hotline可能说不清楚. |

周末去Santa Rosa
Plateau去走了走。感觉还不错。
我最喜欢那里Vernal Pool的trail。Vernal Pool就是雨水积的小水潭，一般到了夏天
就都蒸发了。三年前去是可以走到水边，看到里面有许多小蝌蚪。但去年那条小桥被冲
坏了，就不能走到水边。过了vernal pool后，会看到lupine，california poppy。不
是满山遍野那种，但也别有情趣。我非常喜欢路上的高高的绿草，和那风吹草浪的感觉。草浪中还远近点缀着挺拔的橡树。愿意多走的人，可以在多走1mile左右，下过一条比较陡的坡路就可以去看一个小土屋（adobe）。小土屋1点就关门了，所以我们没去。不过这条路没有什么树荫，有些朋友反映比较
晒。
我们去这条trail之前，去跟了visitor center 10点钟的tour。那条路各样生态环境多
一点。如果要跟免费的tour的话，最好先打电话预约。

应该恢复了，记录一下也许其他朋友将来用得着。。。我在网上搜过，没有这么具体的
步骤。
昨天晚上出事的，立刻给我们VET打电话，他们让给一个24小时候ER打电话，然后ER让
我们先给Animal
Poison Control hotline 打电话。
医生说，如果吃下去时间不久，以下步骤有效：
给狗喂食两片面包，不能有葡萄干什么的，只能是普通白面包；
过5-10分钟，喂3%的Hydrogen peroxide双氧水，通常店里卖的就是这个浓度，看狗的
大小，我家80磅的狗，医生建议分量是 3 table spoon。
医生建议可以弄一个碗，底下放花生酱，然后到上双氧水，狗会去舔。我家的不肯舔，
直接扒开嘴巴灌下去，他也没反抗。用注射器也可以的，不过我家正好没有了。
喂了双氧水以后，基本上几分钟内狗就会吐，这时候特别要配狗玩，别让他睡觉了，这
样可以吐的干净一些。我家那货，都吐完了。
医生说，如果这样不吐，可以再喂一次双氧水。如果还是不吐，那得给他们打电话看怎
么办了。

北京时间10月21日消息，据国外媒体报道，美国电影艺术与科学学院(AMPAS)今天公布了第87届奥斯卡纪录短片奖初选入围名单，共有8部纪录片从58部候选作品中突围，它们将争夺3——5个奥斯卡提名名额，提名名单将于明年1月15日(周四)揭晓。
八部影片中，包括一部由纽约大学四川羌族留学生母子健(Zijian Mu)导演的、讲述2008年四川地震后三个北川“失独”家庭故事的《独·生》(One Child)。这部影片在今年的美国电影艺术与科学学院“学生奥斯卡”上曾经获奖。
