to see your RE.
To add, 39-45 days is considered too long for a period. You might have PCOS.
If you cannot wait 6 months or even 1 year for TTC, go to see your OB-gyn
and ask him/her to order CD2(cycle date 2) or cd3 blood work, which will
pretty much be covered by most of the insurance.

31的裤头要说也没什么肚子但也死活不出6pack。从来没有。
练：GYM前Jack3D,中有BCAA，后最好的蛋白。搞了一年，换人家孩子都生完体形恢复了
。我除了衣服小了重买了不少，照片上好象没变化。
求建议1：
我，应该增重还是减脂。这两好象矛盾。增重我就长肥肉，减脂就更瘦更难看。或是您
给看看哪应该格外加强。
求建议2：
以前是追求穿衣服好看，现在穿上显大只了（当然所有衣服也修身了点），中国人说别
炼了，肥。特别我妈。对比GYM里我希望的体形我又觉得自己有点瘦。

先放结论：
跑步等有氧运动，长期有氧运动，可能会让食欲升高↑。让身体处于增加体脂体重状态。
无氧运动则相反，长期力量训练，可能会让食欲降低↓。让身体处于减少体脂体重状态。
这也就是说，如果你长时间从事跑步或骑自行车等运动，你的食欲可能会越来越好哒~
（实际上的运动后短时间内食欲，会有诸如交感神经兴奋、肾上腺素分泌、皮质醇等问
题的影响。我只说的是科学研究的长期情况。不一定和你自己的体验相一致，不要跟我
辩你什么运动后会饿，什么不会……）
但如果长期进行无氧运动，食欲却反而可能会降低，或者没有太大变化。

每次跑完都满脸的汗，然后脸上就会生小豆豆。我的皮肤看来真的不适合跑步，我终于
明白为什么刘翔满脸的青春痘了。唉~，已经坚持跑了差不多4个月了，每天都跑3迈。
从开始6mile/h很吃力，到现在轻轻松松7.5mile/h。好几次想戒掉，但是一直没成功，
太贪恋跑完后那种爽快的感觉了。现在，必须得戒了，再不戒掉就要破相了。还是游泳
好，越游皮肤越光滑。
