closed by Jun '10. it was extended to Sep i think... timing maybe off a
bit but bottom line it's OVER. :p
but don't be disappointed. the $8000 credit really helped mostly seller not
buyer. Seller jacked up price and buyer rushed to close to beat the
deadline and thus over-paid in "general". look at the housing price and
sales volume afterwards--continue to make new lows and stay low!

rack of lamb, filet mignon, jumbo shrimps, & roasted salmon.

发帖数: 1233 | 15 Day 1--LAX/ANC. thought the flight was 4+ hr but Alaska is 1 hr behind of
CA, so really we spent > 5 hr in air.
Picked up an Altima from Alamo, and headed to downtown Anchorage
1st thing 1st, checked into Tom Bodett's Motel 6. clean but 阳春。
then brunch at Snow City Cafe off 4th & L St. recommend Crab it Omelet &
Stuffed French Toast. yum yum... also realize no sales tax!
Walmart is near by and bot an extra umbrella & rain coat--weather forecast
is shower on and off.

发帖数: 1233 | 16 Day 2--took Glenn Hwy head north to Ekluna Lake. it rained over night and
was cloudy on the way, which covered mountain tops that gave plenty of room
for imagination... lake side trail is ~1 mile long
drove to Thunderbird Fall (close by) afterwards. it's an easy 20 min hike w/
water fall came to sight at the end. surprise find was numerous green
caterpillars doing some amazing aerobics on the hand rails--those little
guys are really flexible!
