if i'm not mistaken, buyer has to have purchase contract signed by Apr, and
closed by Jun '10. it was extended to Sep i think... timing maybe off a
bit but bottom line it's OVER. :p
but don't be disappointed. the $8000 credit really helped mostly seller not
buyer. Seller jacked up price and buyer rushed to close to beat the
deadline and thus over-paid in "general". look at the housing price and
sales volume afterwards--continue to make new lows and stay low!
you didn't miss out at all if you haven't bot then.
