you still have to paint the damn thing
you also need to chisel a notch for the hinge and the hinge has to be exact
the same height with the one on your frame. Otherwise it will not work, and
the door may not be able to fully closed.
Since you are renting this property, the easiest thing to do is
1.buy some mud, and plastic knife $10
patch it
2. buy a quarter paint $10
3. you may want to just paint the broken area and see if it will match the

装 hinges 和swing doors 时，我用ikea 的板子做了钻孔templates, 因为上面已经有
predrilled holes. 因为我用的中间隔板是 3/4", 两边hinges 的孔上下错位 1/2" 避
免螺钉碰螺钉。相应的门上的孔也作调整。所以swing doors 打开时每一个间隔有点上
下错位。也许你们买ikea 的鞋柜的话，简单组装一下先。
呵呵，下面这张图片上中间的隔板被我前后给装反了，本来那些槽槽是用来连接底下的
起稳定作用横板的. swing doors 开关不了，我就给调整到后面了。 |

把旧门hinge的地方的钉子拔出来，旧门就可以拿下来了
然后把新门和hinge对齐，再把钉插好，这个门就换好了吧？

我买个2个dell xps，800左右的，你说的那种松的感觉很明显，捏着一个角端起来，嘎
嘎嘎怪叫，hinge不紧，移动电脑的时候老点头。。。
联想也有点吻合问题，但是要做到完美我不知道是不是太苛刻。你希望一个电脑有像
iphone那样的做工怕是不可能，苹果的做工很好了，但那个hinge我总是很不喜欢。。。
联想的有些地方设计很有问题，thinkvantage那个地方永远都是薄薄的脆弱的一层。。
。当然我对这些不是很在乎，我喜欢的是TP拿在手上那总手感，合上打开时那种说不出
的利索感觉
现在TP失去自己的特色，违背广大粉丝的期望，融入廉价laptop的洪流，T,X,W系列依
次降级，机器一点没薄，散热越来越差，配上极品带鱼屏，是在让我觉得有点失望，我
以后怕是不会再买TP了 |

人的身体由多关节构成，可以想象成弯曲的多节棍。棍子要成一条刚性的直线才能有效
地传递力量，比如overhead lift 从脚跟到臀部大腿，core， lat, 肩，上臂，小臂，
手。如果身体不是刚性的，力量的传递弯弯曲曲，不但低效，还会造成伤病。这就是为
什么需要用tension把关节lockout的原因。图中的swing,form 松松垮垮，基本没有
tension.
很多全身运动，包括swing,都是hip hinge 的，图中的swing不知他的hinge 在那里，
而且他的weight on toes。
他没有abs brace, 这样handle不了大重量，而且非常容易受伤。
swing的最大的优点是强大的心肺练习，而且特别锻炼耐力爆发力。向后摆有更大的
range,速度更快，更 explosive。swing的要点是hip snap project the kettlebell. |

me to pick out the slightest falws in a swing. to me, it looks as you begin
the swing with a quick hinge of your wrists. I would suggest not setting
them as soon, but you have a teacher, and you need to focus on his teachings

you want to return the club face the same as when you set it up. If the
hinge is the first move, image how you could "hinge" back to the setup
position. that's the reason "one-piece-takeway" makes more sense regarding
this matter.

it's kind too stiff. it's so hard to do the one piece takeaway movement as
the video said, then continue to do the backswing without cocking the wrist.
(he didn't say this part tho. )
so i am gonna still try the left shoulder initating + hinge the wrist to
make my backswing in plane, hopefully.

小弟从摸球到现在已有8年了,以前一直没有太serious，除了一开始在学校上了一个学
期group
lesson扫盲以后就是自己一年练个十次,没什么进步。两个多月前请了个私人教练每周
一次，从站位，
固定头背，臀部旋转，手腕hinge等等逐渐展开，最近几个星期已经相当consistent了
，包括所有铁
杆，木杆也开始还可以了。教练就说你有点slice那么还是注意一下转腕吧，试了几周
，突然发现每次
一开始很好球很直了，三四十分钟以后突然impact的时候控制不住方向了，注意不是控
制不住球的方
向，而是在和球接触时撞击力会把杆子在手中撞松，那么球当然是十万八千里。
想想原因，应该是由于以前在impact时hinge没有完全展开，所以撞击的力量都被左手
腕吸收了因此很
稳定，当然这样的后果是slice。现在右手主动一转，撞击的力量就全都传到了右手食
指侧面，因此把
握不住，击球时杆子会在右手中转一下。
向老师汇报后，老师认为我的grip不对，我本来一直是用左手拇指尖，小指尖，以及食

My key point now is slow down to full load the right side, then hip shift
left while hand and club drops natually down and form a bigger wrist hinge.
Then turn to finish the swing.
It seems a lot of steps. But on range or course, I foucs on the proper back

have different bounce of the head, you can square or open the face to use or
not use the bounce, you can put ball back, middle or front. you can choose
not use wrist at all, or you can choose hinge and hold like Phil. You decide

问题出在转肩上。
转肩可以左肩推也可以右肩拉。我现在是以左肩推为主，这样就会造成
1.因为杆头有重量造成下坠形成 inside takeaway
2.推到尽头没有惯性造成 back swing 无法到顶
3.左手 wrist 因为承重而紧张从而无法 hinge
如果用右肩拉，似乎问题就可以解决。
我现在用左肩推的方法，是想象用左肩去接触右腰。要用右肩拉的话，大概需要想象用
右肩接触目标旗杆。这样也就会形成重心在左腿上，避免 reverse pivot. 因为
reverse pivot 时重心在右边。
右肩拉还有一个附带的效果，就是左肩会自然下垂，从而不会碰到下巴而引起头部右转。
大伙看看有没有道理？

间张力不够，只好靠过度转肩来弥补。
我现在backswing 时重心尽量保持在左边，结果就是右腿有点虚。这样的好处是下杆时
旋转力量很大，但是确实没有用上右边的力气。
我的腕部 hinge 不够问题一直都有，现在已经比以前好很多了。我的感觉是腕部
hinge 不能刻意去做，一旦刻意整个力量就卸掉了。
我一个月前意识到backswing 时应该用右肩多提一些，好像确实有一点用但是没有完全
解决 club inside 的问题。看来还有别的问题没有意识到。
特别同意 triplehot 老兄 “高尔夫就是个发现窍门，否定，再发现窍门，

但还是有一些问题请教
1。特51牡丹的胶是厚胶，特66是薄胶，特70登山的胶是薄胶，但怎么特73井冈山
的胶又是厚胶了？特74解放军是薄胶。
我觉得奇怪的是，厚胶显然不好，怎么有薄胶纸（技术）后还用厚胶？
好像纪念邮票不是这样。
或者特70的原胶被洗掉了，还是说特73的胶是二胶（感觉不像二胶）？
这样就引出第二个问题，
2。无胶票本来有hinge，洗掉后是不是就很难判断有没有hinged过了？虽然下过水
不那么挺了，但很多票放在老一点，差一点的册子里面也会被软化。 |

Michael Rogers 前两天带了一张大一圆到 NAPEX，我看过，Hinged (HR?), full OG,
vivid color, white borders, 比这张好多了。要价 $2400。若你能退掉这张，不妨跟
他们联系。。。 |

发帖数: 6324 | 48 有胶的新票就让它贴着吧，旧票要觉得不爽可以把背贴洗掉就行了。
heavy or light hinge, 这个可能跟当初集邮的人贴的习惯有关，
有人只贴很小一块，有人把大半个邮票背面都贴起来。
贴得轻的揭下来或许留个hinge remnant, 贴得重的搞不好就揭薄了。
如果只是有贴无贴，其它条件基本相同，老记特热门票无贴的价格可以达到有贴
的2倍，当然很多清民票原胶无贴的极少见，估计连有贴票存世量的几十分之一
都不一定能达到，价格也就不好说了。
以前集邮条件不行，都是把邮票贴在纸上的，国内一般的地方十几二十年前
很难见到清民票，所以也就对贴票根本没啥印象。其实只要不在空气比较潮湿的地方，
贴在纸上的很多邮票保存条件极好，并不比捂在邮册里的邮票保存得差。 |

发帖数: 685 | 50 收集香港邮票，但是对价格的追踪不是很认真。
不过，战后版的不值钱，记得我是半年前在ebay上买了一套新票（hinged），$95，当
时就我一个人出价，所以不了解价格到底应该是多少。
没有hinged要贵一倍左右吧，战前版比较贵，尤其是10元，5元的新票应属于近垃圾行
列；战后版的相对来说，5元和10元的要贵一些，他们之间价格相差不多。
对香港邮票来说，scott上面的标价要比市场价高得多的。 |
