第一,就是obamacare, 但是推出很不顺利,网站一塌糊涂,有保险的被强制取消,没被取

要意识到两点，第一，SCA5罪魁祸首是民主党，不是Hernandez一个人的问题. 只要民
主党一党专政，随时可以扔出这种法案出来。没有河南的字，还会有河东的字，河西的
字......
第二，Hernandez的选区墨墨是绝对多数，共和党没有根基，没有有实力的竞争对手，
你就是搞掉他的一半票，他也是稳稳当选。 |

一切都是为了即将到来的选举,民主党权衡利弊,决定刺激西裔
民主党有两大议题或者政绩:
第一,就是obamacare, 但是推出很不顺利,网站一塌糊涂,有保险的被强制取消,没被取
消的保费都大涨,超过通货膨胀率,最近又有官方数据出炉,导致工作减少
第二就是移民改革, 停滞不前,共和党一边阻止,一边降低强硬态度来降低这方面的弱势
,不刺激西裔
所以这次中期选举共和肯定猛攻obamacare, 那么,按道理共和党应该是有一定好形势来
翻一些盘,尤其加州,共和党非常难堪,没有足够席位来制衡民主党
那么,民主党必需想办法来调动选民积极行,出了sca5这招,肯定党内事先统一,非常迅速
过立法,绕州长,上投票单.这样刺激西裔为了sca5去投票,一投票必定其他选举附带投了
