1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup 糖
2 cup heavy cream
1-2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
先把糖加到牛奶里, 搅拌到糖溶解. 然后加heavey cream和vanilla extract, 搅拌好
之后放到冰淇淋机里, 20-25min
我按这个配方做过香草的和草莓的, 冻起来之后看上去硬硬的, 实际上很creamy.

80-85% of that area is actually covered by my roof. so I don't need totally
water proof. As long as most water can run off or evaporate before it seeps
in, I'm fine. Also only when it rains hard in maybe 7 days, do I see wet "
basement". only happened once a year to twice maybe in LA, where we do get

maybe arrange the heavey weight lifting session in the middle or end of week
, when p90x is not intense.
but when p90x gets taxing, ex after 4 weeks into phase 2, heavy weight
lifting might be difficult to carry out, i guess at that point it's time to
make decision, and i probably will choose fat burn over muscle gain.. too
