I found this one :HCN4-H2B-EGFP knock-in mice
used in this paper from Sylvia Evans lab
Islet 1 is Expressed in Distinct Cardiovascular Lineages, Including
Pacemaker and Coronary Vascular Cells
Not sure if it is what u r looking for.
and there is a transgenic HCN4-GFP line

看过该网站回复人的帖子后,发现原来造假问题是异常严重的:WB里面,GAPDH的一张
图片被反复用在多个图中;而且在他们后来发表的其它 8 篇论文中,还存在相同的问
题!这是很明显的蓄意作假了。这些论文在下面用黑体标明:

Well that was easy….In the v282#17p12363 paper, look at the GAPDH bands in
Figure 3A. Now go back to Figure 2C and look at the GAPDH bands. Lanes 4-5-6
are the same. They duplicated the blot.In the v283#29p20045 paper, Fig 3A
right panel GAPDH blot contains the same 2 bands as Fig. 5D.So, the “
mistake” appears to involve using the same GAPDH blot for different

I think you can contact the lab directly if this is the mouse that you want.
I have seen another paper using this mouse also.They for sure have them.
In my previous lab, we had HCN4-GFP mice but I don't know where my PI got
them. I left there so I cant get the information.

Are you looking for San only? It seems to me, hcn4, tbx3 also mark other
conduction system in addition to the San. There seems not to be a very very
clean one that only marks San. I could be wrong.

Cardiac progenitor cells: Nkx2.5-Cre, Gata4-Cre
First heart field: Tbx5-Cre
Second heart filed: Isl1-Cre,Mef2c-Cre
心肌细胞(myocardium):cTNT-Cre(胚胎发育早期即表达),alpha-MHC和Beta-MHC
(在成年小鼠中采用inducible诱导表达的比较多),Mlc2v(心室特异性),Mlc2a(
心房特异性),Tbx2-Cre(non-chamber myocardium,仅限于胚胎发育早期),SM22-
Cre或者smMHC-Cre(平滑肌特异性,但是经常有leaky到心肌细胞)。
心脏内膜(endocardium): Tie2-Cre(除了endocardium之外,在vascular endothelial
cell也有表达),Nfatc1-Cre(endocardium specific,参见2012年cell一篇文章)。
心脏外膜(epicardium):Wt1-Cre,Tbx18-Cre
