Escrow Fee是说你不要Escrow， lender要收费，这个算closing cost。
Escrow account 里 property tax 和hazard insurance都是你要付的费用，这个有没
有贷款，都是你付，所以不是closing cost。
放在Escrow account 里的钱还是你的，专款专用，只用来付你的property tax 和
hazard insurance

new purchase, 贷款28万，15年fix ，2.75%，closing cost 1200刀。
考古版上的帖子，关于close有几个问题也想问：
1.我们的agent给了4000刀的rebate，但closing cost有5000多，所以最后我们还要付
1200左右。但看前面的帖子，有好几位同学都是2.75% no closing cost，觉得真不错
，有点困惑，大家说的closing cost是不是也包括什么owner’s title insurance,
survey 什么的，那么这些没有closing cost的同学，agent给的rebate把所有费用都
cover了罗？
2.此外，我们的agent还给了个prepaid item list。包括daily interest charge,
county property tax reserves(2months),还有 hazard insurance premium(
12months),一共是要在close的时候付 4000多刀。大家也都有这些预付的款项吗？

1:for the question "does your loan have a prepayment penalty? " loan agent
didn't choose "NO"
what does that mean?
2: loan agent choose the "hazard insurance premium" when there is hazard
insurance already?
what does that mean? Are all the insurance, insurance premium and the tax
just estimated? Will they be adjusted when we get the real number from
insurance company?

1： "Finance Charge （the dollar amount the credit will cost you）"和 "
Amount financed (the amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf)"分
别是怎么计算的呢？用贷款计算表算了一下，和total interest paid，the total
payment的数字 都不一样。
2：另外，loan agent在该表上就几个方面的内容选了几个选项 ，让我们签字，不太理
解这些选项意味什么？有什么需要注意的么？

请看下表。A 收的origination fee 比较高，但给的利率较低（3.1%）；其他的各种费
用也相对较高：closing + prepaid =5903.5+3942.17=$9845.67. 但感觉做事认真，一
板一眼，用的时规范的gfe表格。
B 受的origination fee 比较低，并且有508刀的credit。没有application fee.
closing + prepaid= 2680+2360= $5042. 但感觉对做事比较随意。我觉得他好像已经
算得时候减掉了builder 出的$2000 的closing fee. 他说可以免费为我锁定一年的利
率。并且我可以选择小的那个！靠普吗？

1.Loan Origination （Broker） Fee - loan agent的公司收的费用
2.Lender's Charge - 也就是银行审核贷款收的费用，一般包括underwriting fee，
appraisal fee，tax service fee， flood cert fee等等。
3.Title & Escrow Charges - 也就是title和escrow公司收的费用，一般包括Owner's
Title Insurance, Lender's Title Insurance，Settlement Fee等等，这个费用是根
据选定的escrow和title公司决定的，根据你的房价和贷款金额来定，注意，这部分费
用是第三方（Title和Escrow公司）收取的费用而不是提供贷款方收取的费用，因此无
论你和哪一家loan agent做，这个费用都是固定的。

最后得出的结论是，右拐yield sign只yield oncoming traffic，原话：
IF the left-turner is already in the intersection, that right-turning
traffic must yield IF there is a yield sign.
也就是说left-turner无论如何是要yield 右拐，yield这个牌子是不负责让开车的人去
判断相反方向是什么信号灯（否则就设置stop sign或者红灯），而是注意是否自己右
拐的那一刻安全。
直行绿灯左拐是一定要让行，这里和全国交规是一致的
至于GA为什么经常会有左拐的人一直认为自己有优先权，有人说是driver lesson
badly taught，还有GA长的居民说最近十年GA出现越来越多右拐让直行的现象，所以（
