跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

accelerated failure time model（parametric model不止这一种，不过我估计你指的
是这个）本身没有hazard ratio这个概念，它的研究对象是accelerated failure time
，好比说，肺癌病人吃了新研发出来的药物A，那么他的生存时间会比吃老的药物B的病
人长20%。hazard ratio不能这样理解。
在AFT假设了Weibull distribution（exponential是Weibull的一种特殊情况）的时候
，AFT的结果，可以转化成hazard ratio（自然也就可以用hazard ratio的
interpretation），这是它的一个数学特性。怎么转化，自己去看SAS Help里的公式。
其他distribution，没有这个特性，也就不能转化成hazard ratio。
同学，如果你是学生统或统计的，那么还是回去仔细看看讲义再做作业吧，把概念搞清

当时这个答案的解释是：如果你在车移动的时候打双闪，后面的车会以为你是静止的，
所以他们会以正常速度超过你，并在他们“估计差不多”的时候并线，结果判断失误两
车相撞……

cover的，他们说不cover due to an accident。我的理解这只是那些严重事故。同时
，covered的是：““Road Hazard Failure” is defined as a tire that

.”。首先，我不知是不是curb hit造成的，即便是，那不也应该是impact damage吗？

在房屋交易的过程中，Buyer, 特别是新手买家来说, 经常会被一大叠的报告和
Disclosures文件弄的头昏脑涨，特别是报告和文件当中又涉及好多的专业地产交易词
汇，更让人有种没完没了的厌倦感。但其实，除去加州政府法律规定要取得这些文件才
可以完成交易这点不说，这些报告和Disclosures的文件对于避免日后可能发生的纠纷

around the green, there was red sticked lateral hazard. The shot bounce from
green into hazard, what is the rule to drop?
I assume take 1 stroke penalty, but where to drop? My playing partner
thought anywhere inside red sticks would bring the ball closer to the hole,
since the ball is in the hazard. So no place to drop, and have to hit out
from hazard, or play from original spot.
Anyone know the real rule? |

法国，意大利，德国，西班牙。这些队伍，我压根就没有在准备期里练过，因为轮不到
我选的。当时想，如果真运气好，就抽意大利或者巴西。
那么中游位置，有哪些队伍可以选呢？这作里面，除了以上超级强队之外，还有英格兰
，比利时，阿根廷，荷兰，哥伦比亚，葡萄牙等等。我重点练习了比利时和阿根廷。原
因如下：
比利时，妖人辈出的队伍。前锋两大黑又硬，边路hazard领衔的攻击群，后腰爆炸头，
中后卫无敌，门将很不错。唯一的缺陷就在于边后卫。
阿根廷，前场小人攻击组无敌，messi, akun, tevez, di maria, lavizzi等等，哪个
拉出来都是超一流攻击手。但是后防实在是渣，门将也烂。后腰也没人。。。
其他几只球队，或多或少，在阵容上都存在着比较大的漏洞，我就不考虑了。这两只球

史。
话说当年我也花了300刀买了一把ibanez,不但箱体过大不舒服，弹了俩月一到冬天这品
格就一路打上去，整个琴基本就废了，于是本来是跟师傅学箱琴的，不知不觉就转到了
电琴上。。
那把ibanez无论怎么调琴颈就是不肯干活，一怒之下就卖了，之后luobei给他们乐队吉
他手买了一把taylor 814CE恰好经过我手，一试之下太好了，不但音质听着舒服，做工
考究，关键是琴的尺寸从各个方面对我来讲简直是完美。于是对琴一无所知的我又知道
了一个taylor,而且开始到ebay上蹲点，最后拿到手了这把taylor 314CE.
这把琴的故事更比较有趣了，琴的使用者叫travis jerome, 是Halfway to Hazard乐队
的吉他手，长得圆乎乎的看着是个老墨。Tennasee州两个城市的两个家伙在一个叫
hazard的城市认识并决定组建一支乡村风格的二人组，由于Hazard正好在这俩哥们各自
住宅的中间，所以取名叫halfway to hazard, 简称H2H，听了一下他们的歌还不错，好

Japan's Prime Minister Naoto Kan says his government is in a "state of
maximum alert" over the crisis at the stricken Fukushima nuclear plant.

再次描述一下当时的情形：
我自I10下来刚转到US90/US183 hwy上不久后，一路两边都是荒野，没有住宅，一辆警
车迎面开过，掉头跟了我一段路，直到附近有住宅商铺可以停车后，在路边停下，说我
60的路开了70，开了citation让我上庭。从警察跟着我之前到拉灯让我停下，我一直跟
着一辆pick up开着。

called discount tire, they can match dealer's price, but they will ask extra
$23/tire for road hazard repair/replacement, then the total will be higher
and closer to costco's price. they have free prorated road hazard that
confused me (I thought it's same as road hazard protection but seems not).
will make it clear with the sales guy later. |

几年前从discount tire网店买tire，开始没买road hazard protection，结果开了几
个月，高速上压了石头，爆了一个胎。回来给discount tire打电话。买一个新的$80+
运费，或者为前面的order单独买road hazard，四个轮胎$40多。当然选择后一个，几
天后ship来新轮胎换上。还算好了，网店还允许补买。
如果你的purchase不包含road hazard protection的话，你只好自己买了。 |

这个黄灯是应急灯，就是你的方向灯同时闪，英文叫hazard light。通常行驶中的校车
要在前面一站停了，司机会用hazard light提示其它车辆。一辆车如果停着闪hazard
light，你需要判断司机是否在接送学生，如果是，原则上就要停，或许司机忘了切换
到红灯
：考笔试的时候就说校车闪红灯或者打开stop sign， 无论哪个方向都要停，等他开走
才能上路。
：在美国麻州一个月前遇到对面停着校车闪黄灯，我就慢慢的开过去了，这样有没有违
规。
：校车闪黄灯可以过还是也要停在那边。忘解答，谢谢。 |
