you的话，没什么可争的。不过确实应该澄清。黑锅可以背，但是老板必须明白你是为
了team背了黑锅。你去跟他谈应当是澄清问题的目的，而不是要fight to change the
review。
我觉得你得问问自己想要达到什么目的，这个目的是不是真的重要，值不值得。和工资
不挂钩，以后又没人看这个review，里面只要不说过分的话，有啥可生气的啊。

anyway 我觉的还是不要给deadline,如果对方miss了你给的deadline,再催估计你也不
好开口了,大家就都很awkward了. 2周催一次,4周没答复,打电话. 就是客气,让对方不

于是年年路过华盛顿山谷的那家酒店。 野旷云低四面环山。
第一眼就觉得仿佛在哪里见过不止一次：美，却发冷。 一直以为是因为秋天，一直以
为是因为山谷的风口。直到今年跑进去溜达之后才意识到，它和闪灵里那家酒店有八分
的相似: 都在滑雪胜地，都远离市镇，都建于百年之前，都是白墙红顶，就连大堂的内
部装修，都同出一辙。 这个念头让我一激灵，回到家就放狗去搜这家酒店的历史。这
一搜吓了一跳，首页满屏出现了一个关键词: Haunted。
接下来的几天，我以一种几乎兴趣盎然的状态翻了差不多近五年的帖子。 大部分的经

所以我觉得女巫镇是个怨气极重的地方，每次去那里溜达，明明阳光明媚的好天气，镇
上却总阴森森冷飕飕，气温比别处低10度。当然我老爸说封建迷信要不得，这里冷是因
为是海边，小巷子又有过堂风。
在小镇的中心，有一个Hawthorne hotel，差不多也有一百年历史了吧，四四方方的红
砖楼，在当时看起来应该是相当的现代化了。这名字是随那个叫纳撒尼尔的霍桑，这么
个出生在女巫镇的大作家，自然是要引以为豪地大肆宣传的。就好比山东高密盖个shut
up大厦，大家都能理解吧？
如果你在yelp上搜Hawthorne hotel，第一条冒出来的是。。。very haunted。不过我
刨了一下，这里的鬼跟霍桑没啥关系。
这个酒店的原址是一个海洋协会的会议室，后来征地盖房子之后，双方同意把酒店的最
高层仍然留给海洋协会。餐厅里搭了半艘大轮船，以昭显海洋主题。
某天大中午的，餐厅里一丝风儿也没有，三三两两的人正吃着呢。忽然有人注意到那个
没有任何动力的船舵自个儿动起来，一会儿左满舵，一会儿右满舵的，仿佛有个舵手正

"我每周花在接送孩子穿梭在各个therapy session之间，和孩子几个therapists 在
session之外的很多email交流，检查娃的ABA
program进度，和case manager开会等等的时间，再加上每天自己见缝插针的给娃训练
陪玩，和自己念书上网读资料，花钱参加外面的workshop，这已经就是一份full
timejob了，为了给孩子以后花钱治病攒钱，我自己没法quit工作，不知道大家能不能
想象到，这是什么样的stress？为什么有的自闭家庭最后破裂，就是因为父母太容易
burnt out了。。不是每个人，每个家庭，都能承受这样的压力的。"
如果孩子万一有问题，那么家长真的是跟时间在赛跑。你确诊的越早，干预的越早，你
的孩子康复的
几率和程度就越乐观。。请千万不要抱着象我那样“再等等看”的想法一拖就是几个月
半年。。没有治疗，自己outgrow ASD症状的孩子，有，但是万一你的孩子不是他们中
间的一员呢？这是一场太昂贵的赌博，押注是我们宝贝孩子的未来。。

第二，如果Agent能确定是闹鬼，他就直接把这个房子放弃罢了，也没有你说的下文了。
第三，如果Agnet是个无神论者，不信鬼魂的，他有什么义务要把自己都不信的东西传
说给买家？
无论买房之后有没有闹鬼，都跟Agent没关系，闹鬼是没有科学法律依据可查的，证明

总觉得要写点什么。
今天的流程是这样的，正常上班，9点一个哈欠坐在电脑前面，发现昨天回家前多删了
一个括号，晚上的script跑错了，修掉一个bug。Reorg在即，无心做新feature。于是
刷手机。这时候微信群黑白子有人说平下赢职业，没链接，光文字，这是出来的第一个
消息，当时大约9点半。不是太相信，马上拿了keywords放狗搜，找到blog，和油管上
Unlisted video，这是第一个链接，放在微信群“计算机围棋”里，炸了。想圈人（主
要是FB的Tian）起床看新闻，感觉不好意思。刘知青老师马上不睡觉看完video，这个
时候有其他中文媒体新闻流出，李喆一转就被删。我去FB发第一篇消息，标题是“WTF
”。然后拉video到末尾看到nature番号，但是nature官网遍寻不到。Video越看越真，

The fact that you haven't/didn't switch your license to IL is most likely
not going to haunt you at court. Don't worry about that part.
你应该没有付bond的钱吧？那张bond的纸是因为你是外州的驾照所以才有的，只要你照
着speeding ticket上的instruction做，可以当做没有那张bond的纸...
$95的罚款交了之后，你就等着保险涨价吧，多交钱上driving school是为了不让这张
ticket留下record，你的罚单上应该写得很清楚的。
上了Driving school，就没有record了，所以保险根本不会知道。 |
