去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
要陪着去看看,也是无聊的坐了半天.倒是前台坐着的一个貌似intern的小姑娘clerk,她

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis
and ministers!

你可以试试先和leasing office / landlord 谈谈，告诉他们你想终止合约或者提前结
束。。。很可能会有penalty - 至少试试不是坏事。
比较现实的做法： sublease吧。。。 |

东可能会不爽，我提前一个月就通知了他和管事的Manager，并提醒他们通知垃圾下水
道公司关闭帐户。您可能要说我瞎掰了，为什么我自己不去关闭帐户。我倒是想啊，只
是极品垃圾公司告诉我，只有房东有权利为住户关闭帐户。
尽管我未雨绸缪通知了房东和Manager，我也在搬出两周后收到了退回的押金和租用合
同，他们还是没有通知垃圾公司。其间我电话打了无数，双方把我当皮王求踢来踢去，
那管事的Manager表面答应会帮我关帐户，却一直拖着。这样一拖就是三个月，我的帐
单上已经有近百刀欠费。
您可能又要说了，欠着就欠着吧，反正你已经不住那儿了。可帐户上明明白白清清楚楚
地写着我的名字，而且垃圾公司也放话要Haunt(Hunt)我到天涯海角。。。虽说百刀也
不是什么天文数字，我只是咽不下这口气，所以想请各位大侠支个招，怎么把这皮王求
再踢回给房东和垃圾公司。
