你要是连宋美龄讲演的最后那一句都理解不了，我看还是不要浪费时间了。
军版关于宋的谑误太多。
为了忠于历史，我特意上传英文原版影音和英文稿。请注意这个稿子是宋亲自准备的，
是历史上第二个女性有机会在美国国会演讲，也是第一个中国人这样做。这个讲演有重
要的史学意义. 请别忘了，她当时是代表整个中国来作这个讲演的。在抗战的早期，她
多次去前线劳军，冒生命危险,死里逃生，数次受伤。她和努力和民国政府给当代的
PRC留下了许多历史遗产如：联合国发起国，联合国安理会常任理事国，许多世界一流
的科学家和艺术家，包括两弹元勋等。这些历史贡献是超越意识形态的。
这个演讲应该编入所有华人学校的英文教科书。

共济会的真正可怕之处并非由于它一直像一个幽灵隐蔽地存在，而是在于它实际是那
样强大有力——为什么还要像一个幽灵那样隐藏真身而仅仅以假象来存在。 普世精
英派的愚昧可憎也并不是由于他们所信奉的理念不好——其实他们的理念很好。若单纯
从理念角度，我从不认同左派而认同右派，这一点从七十年代我作为文革（反对江张）
的批判者至今并无任何改变。
但是普世派可憎是因为其愚蠢。他们有意无意地成为幽灵共济会的虎伥：
第一、他们不知道未来的人类世界既不是大同，也不是民主自由的高福利社会—
—日益深化的欧洲危机所预兆的是，即使对欧美人来说自由民主的高福利制度也行将式
微已面临危局而即将终结。
第二、人类目前所面临的问题是经济增长的不可持续性——共济会罗马俱乐部早
在30年前即警示：当人口逼近百亿地球整个资源、环境都将陷入沉重的危机。而共济会
的解决方案就是20对80——必须巧妙地从人类中消减多余的不能创生财富的80%。
第三、所谓全球新秩序或者地球村、新纪元绝非意味着自由民主的普及。共济会

加州巴沙迪那2日舉辦2012年第123屆玫瑰花車遊行，出動43輛絢麗花車和21個遊行隊伍

有一点你是说对了，美国的种族问题的确和经济/政治状况高度相关。美国最早的
racial difference其实不是建立在肤色的基础上，而是于经济，殖民相关。比如最早
的Irish移民，因为穷，而且是British Colony，而被认为是不同的race。
在17世纪末，基于肤色的racial difference被首先提出来，是因为在当时白人和黑人
workers联合起来反对aritocratic class的阶级剥削，通过racial difference来打破
阶级联盟。后来race又被用来Justify slavery。早期许多Irish immigrants也是
slaves，到后来才被racialize成只有黑人的。
既然你觉得我举的例子是只见树木不见森林，那请你高屋建瓴的阐述下当前美国社会的
racial harmony吧，如何缓和，如何共处，如何去segregation的。
哦，对了，你前面已经提到了，随着19世纪北方资本主义经济的发展，美国的racial
problem已经迎刃而解了，所以没有已经这样的问题了。真是皆大欢喜啊！

敌，终于产生了一个伟大的中西合璧的 “联合研究报告”。其来龙去脉究竟怎么回事
？虽说如今开放了，成了“信息世界”、“新闻自由”了，但现有的中文报道都很有点
语焉不详。倒是世界银行行长佐利克2012年2月27日的讲话披露了不少实情。可惜世界
银行的网站只刊登了佐利克讲话的英文稿，没有给出中文译文。本人没功夫全文翻译，

遂了南方系的心愿。杜建国先生在发布会上这么一闹，《21世纪经济报道》旗下的21世
纪网立马跟进，发了一篇报道“世行报告发布幕后：国资委强烈反对”。
此篇报道的用意很明显，把国资委摆在众矢之的的位置，因为“21世纪网从消息人士处
独家获悉，如果不是因为国资委此前的反对，2月27日世行报告发布会的规格将会更高
，本已列入邀请名单的超百家中外媒体最终也被缩减至十几家。”（21世纪网）
意思是国资委坏了私有化迷们的好事，颇为惋惜，所谓“规格更高”恐怕是说一些本该

有很多美国文字的痕迹。
但中间有些错误，有可能是后来几经修改，或者录入电脑的时候出错的——毕竟那时候
一般人都不用电脑，大部分的写作都是写在纸上的，不大可能那个美国人写成
soft copy给贝的，因此存在一个录入错误的可能性。

这句怪怪，但dreams--> dream，做动词，立即通顺；如果of--> for更通顺。

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

人民币1.46万元)竟出售13岁女儿的初夜！目前，这名女孩已经被救出，其母则被警方
逮捕。
报道称，上周，1名社工人员在孟买郊区塔那(Thane)巿孟布拉(Mumbra)镇搭摩托三
轮车时，司机梅布伯(Mehboob Ismail Mulla)向他表示，可介绍处女给他。该社工听闻
后，决定将计就计，设圈套以揭发其罪行。这名社工先联络协助救援的和谐基金会(
Harmony Foundation)，再打电话给梅布伯谎称有兴趣交易。梅布伯起先要价30万卢比
作为女孩初夜代价，还说女孩刚进入青春期，需等3、4天后才能“送货”。为确保女孩
不会被送给别的买家，社工持续跟梅布伯保持联系。后来梅布伯秀了1张女孩的相片，
并将初夜代价降为10万卢比。
25日，梅布伯要求社工给钱送货。与此同时，塔那警察局则派1组刑警待命逮人。
社工25下午跟1名同事先付给梅布伯1万卢比，随即被带到1栋6层楼建筑，并在那儿认识
女孩母亲法莉妲夏克(Farida Shaikh)。法莉妲夏克同意只要支付余款便可带走女孩，

另外，最近我请教了一个美国音乐理论博士，他说在音乐史方面，只有西欧发展了完整
